What a let down. This has nothing to make it special. It is certainly not worth $250. Mostly branded Ellen merchandise. Sad how far this sub has fallen. I do not recommend at all, and I have been a subscriber since the very first day. I have been charged THREE times for one subscription. Send many emails and received no response. I do not recommend at all.
i Agree!! This box is VERY disappointing compared to the other 4 boxes I have already received. I don’t use a silk pillowcase and don’t need an eye mask. and that scarf does NOT look like it’s worth $125.00. Also WHO pays 45.00 for a puzzle??? No one I know.
I hope Ellen takes notes on people’s disappointment and chooses some more unique and fun gifts like she did over the spring and summer. If this continues like the Winter box I will not be renewing my subscription
I canceled my subscription. The fall box was a joke – gave away everything in it. This one looks a little better but not worth $60!
When will this box ship
Ellen be kind subsciptions is horrible – poor cusotmer service, i never got my Fall or Winter boxes, they will not respond to multiple emails – sent to 3 different emails, no phone to call – and the contents are getting very poor
This is like the 5th time I have tried to contact EllenbeKind regarding the December box. I have been charged for it on December 1st and have no received it. No response and it has been over 48 hours since the last email. Been a fan since the beginning of your show and feel that I am beginning to not feel like one any more. 🙁

I haven’t received my Winter Box Yet!! But was Charged for it the first of December!! Have tired contacting by calling and leaving messages and emailing with NO response. I loved the Spring and Summer Boxes but with this kind of Poor Customer service I’m thinking of cancelling my subscription.
I was charged for the Dec. Ellen box & never got it! This is disappointing – it was my Xmas gift to me & I never got it but paid for it…how do I get it? I have not heard back from anyone about this problem.
