-Good afternoon / evening and Happy Easter! I didn’t post last week, but the boys and I went to Niagara Falls for a few days during their Spring Break. It was fantastic! The weather was better there than it was at home and the crowds are not back at the Falls yet, which we kind of loved.
-I shared our Easter Baskets on Instagram, but I figured I would share them here as well. I LOVE making Easter Baskets. I struggled with L’s (he’s almost 14) this year, but someone on Instagram gave me the idea of Spirit Wear! SO SMART! We are headed to my parents for an Easter egg hunt later (adults and kids), so the fun isn’t over yet!
-I left my egg chair (and cushions) out all winter and let me tell you what a mistake that was. They were tarped, but some animal or something must have gotten under there and it was gross. So gross I didn’t even want to take a before picture. But I used my new Bissel Little Green Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner, the solution that comes with it, and some Folex and it looks SO good! Totally recommend getting one of these things if you don’t have an upholstery cleaner. Miracle worker.
-Is anyone else obsessed with The Home Edit? I’ve watched every single episode of Get Organized last weekend and basically want to edit everything out of my house. And then rainbow organize what’s left. I did the pantry last weekend and plan to do the junk drawer next and then move on to my bathroom drawers and cabinets!
