Where: Starbucks locations. It hasn’t been officially confirmed, but it sounds like these will be at ALL Starbucks locations (Target and stand-alone stores included). I will update when I hear more.

Stanley x Target Rumors
It sounds like we can expect an additional Stanley x Target drop. Maybe a Hearth & Hand one? Colors expected include Macadamia Tan, Deep Clay Orange & Cabernet Red.
