I was SO excited to open this up and the first look did not disappoint! My bala Mystery Moves Kit (Medium) included the following items:
–bala Bands ($35): I have a lot of bala pieces but I do not have these! The resistant fabric bands are different strengths (light, medium and heavy) and will be the perfect addition to at home workouts.
–bala Bars (2lbs) (Sand) ($50): Another bala item I don’t have! Bala bars! They have a sleek, ergonomic design that evenly distributes the weight for a comfortable, user-friendly workout.
–Bala Bangles (1lb) (Charcoal) ($55): Now I do have bala bangles (they are the BEST), but I am not 100% sure if I have 1lb bangles? I use my 2lb ones for barre, but 1lb ones would be a better fit for me for my summer walks!
All totaled my bala Mystery Moves Kit (Medium) had a value of $140. That’s nearly double the cost of the kit and so worth it to me.
