For those that don’t know, Advocare is a premier health and wellness company offering world-class energy, weight-loss, nutrition, and sports performance products. They are also the makers of one of my favorite all time products, Spark, as well as, the creators of the 24-Day Challenge. I’ve done it and loved it and plan to do it again soon (B is going to do it too). It’s NOT just for weight-loss and you eat normal (clean) foods every day you are on it. It’s designed to help you jump-start your efforts, feel better and gain energy! It consists of two parts, the 10-Day Cleanse (it’s NOT a cleanse like that) and the 14-Day MaxPhase. You can read all about it here and if you still have questions, e-mail me and I’ll get you an answer to your questions..
And now on to my beloved Spark. I get a lot of questions about Spark and what it is, so here goes. “AdvoCare Spark® Energy Drink mix is a unique multi-nutrient system that’s designed to provide nutritionally advanced, long-lasting energy and enhanced mental focus.” It’s the perfect alternative to soda, coffee and those crazy pants canned energy drinks. Listen you KNOW how I love me some Diet Pepsi. My addiction is / was no joke. But Spark has so helped me break the habit. Okay, REDUCE, the habit. It’s 45 calories per serving and comes in a bunch of flavors. A serving size is 8oz (Spark is a powder that you mix with water), but I mix mine with more than that. Usually 14oz or so?? Flavors include: Cherry, Bue Raspberry, Limeade, Fruit Punch, Grape, Mandarin Orange, Green Apple, Mango Strawberry, Pink Lemonade and Watermelon. I’ve tried all the flavors and my favorites are Fruit Punch, Watermelon, and Grape. Mandarin Orange is my least favorite. Then again I haven’t had it in ages, so maybe I should retry?
Like I said, if you have questions or want to do the Challenge and need some meal ideas, tips or any of that, e-mail me!
