October Bespoke Post - Crisp
October Bespoke Post – Crisp

Lots of boxes were waiting for me when we got home from Chicago today, but the one I was most excited about was the October Bespoke Post box! We opted for “Crisp” this month (that was the “new” option this month) and while I knew what was in it, that made me even more excited to get it.

In case you aren’t familiar with them, Bespoke Post delivers fresh and interesting lifestyle brands and products to men. Each month, you’ll get to choose from their limited-edition boxes filled with an array of products built around a central, unique theme. Don’t want one that month? Just skip the month (you can opt out during the first 5 days of the month) and you won’t be charged.

The Box

Bespoke Posts ships a variety of ways, but this month’s box came via USPS and took 4 days to arrive. I have also received packages from them via UPS, which comes even faster. I think who they use to ship all depends on what is coming that month.

First Look

The box was very light this month and when I opened it this month, I was like where is everything?? But it was there, under the packing materials ;).

The Information Book

The October Bespoke Post selection was “Crisp” and was stocked with some key items see us through the dropping temperatures without relying on scratchy sweaters and long underwear.  Here is what was included:

~Gilded Age Double-Faced Cotton Scarf, 65″ x 17″ ($119): We love this! B tried it on right away and it’s totally his new scarf this year. When we were shopping in Chicago yesterday he started looking at men’s scarves and I was like, no, no, get away from there and come look at this. He didn’t know this was coming so it was a great surprise. The scarf is very well made and soft and will work perfect for B. I know some men won’t / don’t wear scarves, but they should!

~Men in Cities Card Holder Wallet ($40): B uses a money clip thing and has a similar one like this (from Birchbox maybe), but if he’s not going to use this, I may use it for business cards to keep in my purse. That or I’ll gift it this year.

~Mack Weldon Charcoal Striped Socks ($12.50): I am probably the biggest fan of print / patterned socks there is. They are SO easy to sort and match up in the laundry. B has taken to wearing them and I couldn’t be happier about it! These aren’t too wild by any means and will work with just about anything B wears. They are also a great quality and look like they will hold up well.

~Declan Microfiber Sheet ($12.99): When someone invents a screen that doesn’t smudge, I will be the happiest girl ever. Our screens are always such a mess (L’s by far is the worst) and always need to be cleaned. I am leaving this out so that I have it handy and don’t need to go running around looking for something to clean with.

Declan Microfiber Sheet

~Carmex Lip Balm + Lotion ($~$3): These will end up in B’s backpack or car for sure. He’s got some races this fall / winter still and probably could have used this at a few these past few weeks as well.

All totaled the October Bespoke Post – “Crisp” has a value of $187.49 and is, hands down, our favorite Bespoke Post box yet!! The box itself was only $45 and we would have paid well more than that for just the scarf itself! I am now even more excited to see what they do next month, but I have no idea how they could improve on this box. AMAZING.
