I got my Birchbox 2 days ago (I live in Georgia). It did not include the sample I selected — and got confirmation for — and CS hasn’t resolved that yet (every time I contact them, they tell me that “official word” on a resolution will be coming soon, but it has been 2 days now). My box contents were updated online this morning when I got up (around 6AM).
I’m less and less enthusiastic about Birchbox as time goes on. They send me highly-scented body lotion and anti-aging products every single month. I think my initial box frenzy has finally started to wear off, leaving me able to cancel a few boxes (and save some money). I’ll wait to see what the resolution for the sample selection thing is, but I probably won’t be sticking with Birchbox for much longer.
Someone else mentioned that too. I hope it’s resolved. I don’t think two days is long though. I think that’s about normal??
Well, I was mostly concerned about the 2 days because I was lurking on MUT and saw people got e-mails from different CS reps promising replacement products. So I guess I just didn’t know why I was being told to wait for the official message when other people weren’t.
I got a reply from BB CS just now that said I’d received the official message this afternoon. (I didn’t.) But I gather I will be getting the requested sample sent separately. We’ll see.
I must somehow be set to not get e-mails from BB. Only, I don’t remember setting that up and can’t figure out how to change it!

All appear to be deluxe samples, except the shower gel, which is in two foil packets. I love the Naobay lotion, kinda like the lip stain, haven’t tried the shower gel or serum, and am swapping the dry shampoo (because I don’t use dry shampoo).
Not quite as good as my June box, but still quite good!
I also lucked out in my Mystery Sample Pack from my order last week–Deluxe Sample of Derma E Hydrating Night Cream and of Color Club Nail Lacquer in a shimmery mint green shade (much better than last pack, which included a foil packet CC cream and I think some Coola sunscreen sample).
I hope that I get an early box once!

I am not totally sure what is in the mini box. It’s usually just less stuff. I *think* someone may have commented on my original Portland Hazel Lane post about what they got in there mini. It’s linked in here.
