What an amazing first look! I actually had to look and see how much this box cost again before I took the rest out of the box.
The April 2015 Beauty Joy box included the following items:
~Gemstone Bracelet ($8): I think everyone’s bracelets were a little different, but I am happy with the blue one. It reminds me of bracelets I used to get on vacation in the summer when I was younger.
~Too Faced Sweet Sun Shine Lip Gloss (Watermelon Ice / Pink) ($14.40): This looks really bright in the tube, but I found it to be deeper when I actually tried it. I could even see red in it. It’s gives you tons of shine without being sticky at all.
~Tocca Body Lotion (Cleopatra) ($4.44): I was SO excited when I saw this in the box! I love Tocca products and have for ages. This scent is a mixture of grapefruit and cucumber and is thick and luxurious. I will use this as a hand cream and not a body cream though just so it lasts longer.
~Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Moisturizing Lather Shampoo and Keratin Cream Rinse ($7.50): This is a totally new product for me. It smells good and I’ll give it a try in the shower this week. I know people don’t always love getting shampoo and conditioner samples in subscription boxes but I quite like it because I can always test those.
All totaled I came up with a value of $34.34 for the April Beauty Joy box. The lip gloss alone is worth the cost of the box. Everything else is just a bonus!

I’ve not tried that lipgloss but I love Too Faced! And Paul Mitchell is a good brand. I’ve never tried Tocca but I trust your judgement. Do you know if we can still get this box or if we order now would we get the next month?
Ahh I’m so excited! I can’t wait to get my box!! Everything looks great (though I don’t think I would wear the jewelry piece- really not my style)
This was my first Beauty Joy box and I was pretty happy with it…especially seeing the Too Faced product! Wow full sized! The lipgloss was a nude color for me and totally wearable. My daughter stole my bracelet which is fine…it would be cute layered with some of my other bracelets as well. I look forward to next month.
Love the Awapuhi brand. Never tried those two products but they have a cream mousse that I use when I want the beach waves in my hair. Not heavy but perfect frizz control
