First Look

Fortune Cookie Soap does some of the coolest themes out there.  They are always super creative and I was excited to see what the theme was for this one.

The Information Card

The Summer 2015 Fortune Cookie Soap theme is “Straight on Till Morning” and includes the following Wonderland themed items:

~Second Star to the Right – Fortune Cookie Soap: How cool are these fortune cookie soaps?  This one is berry scented and is fabulous.  I feel like this takes decorative soaps to a new level.

~Tink – OCD Hand Sanitizer: Tink hand sanitizer smells like dessert.  Like a yummy dessert.  This is going in my purse and the kids and I will all use it.

~Lost Boys Whipped Cream: This scent is described as a golden apricot muddled with fresh white peaches. I love whipped lotions for the summer.  This one is still moisturizing, but it feels lighter when you put it on.  And it smells great.

~Mermaid Lagoon Two Phase Perfume Oil: As you can probably guess by the name, this smells very beachy.  Not my favorite scent that I have received lately, bur it’s a fun one.

~Kiss Lip Balm: This is the tiniest little lip balm ever!  It’s a watermelon, pineapple and coconut scent and is fabulous.  I don’t want to use too much of it because I don’t want it to run out.

~The Boy Who Never Grew Up Salt Scrub: I don’t know if I have ever seen such a brightly colored scrub.  It smells like margaritas and kind of makes me want one.

~Wendy Bird – Veggie Protein Deodorant: Wendy Bird is a green apple tropical scented deodorant. It went on clear and smelled great.  I will throw this one in my purse for summer emergencies.

~The Captain Steam Me Up Scotty: For some reason I thought this was a bath bomb.  A shower steamer is 100% better though.  Well, at least for me.  You turn the shower on hot and throw this guy on the floor and let the steam make it fizzy and get all that scent out.  It’s like being at a spa.

I couldn’t find a lot of these items for sale yet on Fortune Cookie Soap so I was unable to do a cost breakdown.  I was very impressed by the quality of the items and the attention to detail. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their products and I appreciate that.

I found out they’re from Oklahoma, and their store isn’t far from where I live, so I am going to check it out tomorrow! If you follow them on facebook, they posted a link for people to sign up to test products! 🙂

I always think their stuff is so cute. But my sensitive skin is rebelling, just looking at all the dyes and fragrances. I guess I will just have to live vicariously with this one.

  3. Kimmy

I am a huge Fortune cookie soap fan, and the reason you couldn’t find any of these products in the shop is because they do a big launch party for all the boxes. It probably will be at the end of may 🙂

They are creative! I enjoyed reading the review and looking at the products. I’m with Sneaky Burrito about the dyes etc.

My box just shipped. Can’t wait to try this Never Never Land collection.
