Mission Cute June 2015 Subscription Box Review
Mission Cute June 2015 Subscription Box

MissionCute, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box full of cute stuff, but with a mission. Each MissionCute box comes with at least 2 items made by small-but-mighty artisans and local businesses and each month they partner with a different nonprofit to help promote their mission.  50% of the net proceeds of each box are donated to the chosen (you can vote on it) monthly nonprofit (this month’s partner is Project Yesu) and MissionCute also sponsors and works on a service project each month in their community.

The Box

MissionCute ships via USPS and took just a few days to arrive to me.  Boxes ship on the 15th of the month. If you subscribe before the 10th of the month you will receive that month’s box.  If you subscribe after the 10th of the month, your subscription will start the following month.

First Look

I took these pictures outside yesterday while the kids were playing outside so forgive the poor quality of these pictures.  I should have probably taken my sunglasses off or turned away from the sun or something.

The Information Card

The June 2015 MissionCute partner is “Project Yesu” and, like I previously mentioned, 50% this month’s proceeds will be donated to them.  Their mission is providing food, medicine and education to the children of Uganda.

~“Summer Glitz” Metallic Tattoos ($9): I swear if I were younger I would be all over this metallic tattoo trend.  All over it.  I will end up giving these to one of my cousins who will wear them.

~Openness Ring from Jeri Warlick ($55): This ring is handcrafted and is made from 100% solid brass.  It’s on the small side so I might just put it on a chain.  It’s really pretty and well crafted and I love the meaning behind it (it’s supposed to help you to have an open heart and mind).

~I Love Summer Coozie from Sucre Shop ($3.50): Love this!  I love summer and I love pineapples, so what’s not to love about this?

~Aqua Beaded Cuff ($15): I love the bright aqua color!  It’s very summery and looks like something you’d find at an expensive boutique with a much higher price tag.

~Pink Sugar & Lemongrass Soap by UWP Luxe ($8): I don’t know what’s better, the packaging or the smell of this.  Both are totally fantastic.  It’s possible it’s one of the best smelling soaps I’ve ever received!

All totaled the June 2015 MissionCute box had a value of $90.50 and I loved it! Everything was very cute (as they promise) and I cannot wait to get something in that coozie!
