Love Iberico Box is a subscription service which ships Iberian pork products to your door every month. The shipments are made on the second Monday of each month and include an assortment of products (hand-sliced acorn-fed Iberian ham, Iberian pork butt and acorn-fed Iberian pork loin), accompanied by Spanish artisan bread (picos de Jerez) with olive oil. You can select from the Iberico Box ($25/month) or the Bellota Box ($50/month).
Love Iberico Box ships via UPS around the 10th of the month. The items were packed in an insulated bubble envelope with a cold pack inside. Boxes don’t come with an information card, but there isn’t a variation between months so you always know what you will get. Here is what is included in the “Bellota Box”:
~Iberico Dry Cured Ham ($18): The “Bellota Box” includes two packages of the Dry Cured Ham while the “Iberico Box” just includes one. They are pre-sliced and are tasty alone or on a bagel, eggs, etc. I believe that B has received this before and has even put in a chili!
~100% Iberico Acorn-Fed Dry Cured Loin ($16): Again the “Bellota Box” includes two packages of the Dry Cured Loin while the “Iberico Box” just includes one. I think we are going to slice this up a little smaller and put it on a pizza!
~Jamon Iberico Puro Bellota ($18): No, you are reading that right. A 2oz package of this is really $18! It’s expensive, yes, but it’s delicious. This with some wine and cheese would make an amazing amazing snack!
~Matiz Picos Con Aceite De Oliva ($4.99): Both the boxes also include traditional picos which is a cracker made with olive oil. I have to tell you, these are delicious alone. I am sure they are even better with cheese and these meats, but they made a good snack by themselves!
All totaled I came up with a value of $56.99 for the Love Iberico, LLC box. At $50/month it’s a pricy box, but if you were buying Iberico ham anyway, then it’s a good deal for sure. Also, if you entertain a lot this might be one to try out!

I signed up, and sorry I did. They leave out products (I think they do it on purpose, thinking that people will not notice) from the boxes and don’t respond to emails or customer support inquiries. I think the company is just a guy selling stuff from out of his house in Miami, or he uses drop shipping or something. It’s really poor customer service. Stay away unless you want to risk getting ripped off.
