Style Box by Socialbliss is a fashion, lifestyle and accessories box. Boxes contain items which may be featured on the Socialbliss site, along with others that are emerging hot items not yet available to the public. Boxes are $47.90 ($39.95 plus $7.95 shipping) and promise a monthly value of at least $100.
Socialbliss ships via USPS Priority Mail after the 20th of the month.
I wasn’t too sure what to make about this first look. There was one item I was way excited about though.
The August 2015 Socialbliss theme was “The Safari Collection” and included the following items:
~David Jones Desert Bag: This bag is totally not my style, but I am sure that I have a friend who would enjoy it. I also didn’t think that this was overly safari like either. The detail on the side is reptile print which I don’t think of when I think of safari. I would think of tigers and lions and that sort of thing. I do LOVE the dust bag that came with it. It’s more like a tote and it’s very fun and cute.
~Chain Reaction Pave Necklace and Dangle Earrings: These are nice. I like the pave detail and I even like the little dangly earrings. They aren’t too much, but they are enough to get noticed.
~Cable Enigma Cuff: I feel like we have gotten a similar cuff from Socialbliss in the past so I am not too excited about this. It’s not a bad piece, but it’s another one that I didn’t think was very safari like.
~High Heel Bottle Opener: This I love. It’s fabulous. A high-heeled bottle opener that I can keep on my desk as a decoration or use to open a drink when needed is ideal! This isn’t listed on the information card, but it’s easily my favorite item in the box.
I couldn’t do a cost breakdown on this box, but I wasn’t that impressed with it. I haven’t been impressed with Socialbliss in general lately, but I have kept my subscription because I have some credits to use up. I think they could do so much more with the concept and would prefer some different bag picks!
