Cannonball Collective "Wonderland" Subscription Box Review
Cannonball Collective “Wonderland” Subscription Box

Cannonball Collective is your ongoing resource to discover, learn, shop, and share. Each quarter, Cannonball Collective serves up a curated collection of goods and inspiration delivered straight to your doorstep. Each Kit is chock full of the products and inspiration you need to try a new experience for yourself and have some fun along the way… it’s like a magazine that comes to life.

The Box

Cannonball Collective ships on a quarterly basis.  Boxes are shipped during the last week of the quarter and you can opt in or out by the first day of the new quarter. This is the fall shipment which arrived at the beginning of October.

I had no idea what was in this box.  I could tell whatever it was looked fun though.

The Information Booklet

The Fall 2015 Cannonball Collective theme was “Wonderland” and was inspired by childhood summers.  The Kit was created with the hope that you would use it do something new, explore the unknown and try to have fun everyday.

The information booklet (or ‘Zine as they call it) includes inspiration, product details and beautiful graphics and images to help you explore “frozen flavors”.  It’s fun to flip through and great to reference as you use your kit.  The Fall 2015 Cannonball Collective “Wonderland” box included the following items:

~Popsicle Mold: I can’t find this exact mold online, but it was easy to tell that it’s high-quality.  The mold is sturdy and can make ten popsicles at a time.

~Royal Rose Simple Syrup Trio: The kit included Royal Rose Simple Syrup in three flavors – Lavender-Lemon, Ginger-Lime and Orange-Vanilla.  These aren’t your typical popsicle flavors, but that’s the point!  We are doing to make some “adult” drinks with these (like these) and also some popsicles for everyone to enjoy.  We probably won’t love them all, but that’s just fine.

~Notebook and Pencil: The kit also included a notebook and pencil so you can jot down the flavors you love and the ones you don’t love quite as much.  I love that they included this because I could so see myself making the same thing more than once!

I didn’t do a cost breakdown on Cannonball Collective, but, like I mentioned last quarter, I wouldn’t call it a “value” subscription.  Meaning that you probably aren’t going to save any money from subscribing (although future boxes may prove me wrong).  Cannonball Collective is more of an experience and would be a gift you’d send to the person who has everything, but is always looking for fresh and new things.
