First Look

This box was jam packed with items!  The boxes may seem small, but they really do a good job of packing them full. Super Gains Pack doesn’t include an information card, but I so wish they did.  I think it would be very helpful to have some tips on using the items and why they selected them.  Regardless, the September 2015 “Super” Super Gains Pack included the following items:

~Super Gains Pack Shaker Cup: Every “Super Gains” and “Big Gains” packs contains a shaker cup. B is always in need of fresh shaker cups (they get gross, we lose them, etc.) so this was a very welcome item.

~FitMiss Delight Protein Shake and Ignite Pre-Workout + Energy: I know I will use the Ignite packs (they are a tasty energy pack you mix with water), but I don’t know about the protein shake.  Maybe I will just end up using it as a meal replacement shake when I am in a rush one day?

~Beast Mode Pre-Workout & Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey: These are both very much B items and items that he’ll quickly use. They both have multiple servings in them so you can get a good idea if you like it or not.  I need to remember to ask him what he thinks of the “Peanut Butter Marshmallow” Cellucor one!  How crazy does that sound?

~Samples #1: In addition to a few multi-use samples, Super Gains pack also includes TONS of single use items.  This month’s samples included: Combat Crunch Bar, Dr. Jekyll Prosupps, MuscleTech Amino Build, Raw Plant Protein VPro, Honey Stinger and MusclePharm MuscleGel.  I tried both the Combat Crunch bar and the Honey Stinger Waffle and can verify that they are fabulous!

~Samples #2 – Other samples included in the box were AdipoDex (which has lots of mixed reviews online), BPI Sports A-HD, Honey Badger Hydration Recovery, Al Sports Nutrition Turbo Stix, Controlled Lab White Flood, OxyELITEPro and Kratos High Protein Beef Bar.

Samples #2

I didn’t do a cost breakdown on this box, but it contained twenty items (including the shaker cup).  For a $28 box, that’s a great deal.  B may not end up loving all of the supplements, but it’s better to find out you don’t like something this way rather than buying a full size of it.
