Amor Naturals Fall 2015 Subscription Box Review + Winter Box Coupon!
Amor Naturals Fall 2015 Subscription Box

Amor Naturals aims to create fun natural and organic bath products with the highest quality ingredients. Their quarterly subscription box is filled with 5-6 sample sized organic and natural handmade goodies. Each box has a fun new theme each season and will feature their signature and seasonal skincare/bath products. This is the Fall 2015 box.

The Box

Amor Naturals boxes ship on a quarterly basis via USPS.  Fall 2015 boxes are sold out, but the Winter box will ship by 12.1.15.

First Look

Amor Naturals ships in a small’ish box (about the size of a Birchbox), but it’s packed full!

The Information Card

The Fall 2015 Amor Naturals box theme was “Spellbound” and included the following items:

~Facial Steam Bouquet No. 1: I assumed that this could only be used as a facial steam, but it turns out it can also be used as a hair rinse. To use it as a facial steam you boil one cup of water + 1 tablespoon of herbs (I would guess there are about 4 uses in this pouch), allow to cool and then place a towel over your head to make a steam tent.  When you are done you can strain and use the herbal water as a rinse for your hair scalp!

~Blue Agave Mask: This mask, which I am guessing is about 0.5oz (the packaging doesn’t include size information), is SO thick!  The texture is like a thick creamy clay.  It’s made from raw organic blue agave from Mexico, organic avocado oil and organic pumpkin seed oil (along with other ingredients) which help alleviate dryness, eczema and regulate sebum (the production of oil in your skin).  I love it.  My skin felt brighter and cleaner and it did a great job taking away the oil from places it shouldn’t have been anyway.

Blue Agave Mask

~Apple Hyaluronic Essence (1oz): This smells so good!  It was like going to the apple orchard!  According to Amor Naturals, “An essence provides lasting hydration without clogging pores, use as a first or final step in your skin care regimen, daily use will improve skin’s texture and overall appearance.”  So, similar to a toner, but not as harsh? I have only used it a few times, but so far so good!

~Spellbound Warming Body Polish: I am going to guess this is about an ounce as well?  Anyway, it straight up smells like a cookie.  It comes sealed (it was the only item in the box that did) as well.  I loved that this was a warming polish and made for a fabulous shower on a chilly day.

~Mandarin Cacao Body Balm: Again I would guess that this is just about an ounce.  It’s SO thick and rich that you almost need a little spoon to scoop it out with.  I have been using it on my elbows and knees.  It smells exactly like something (maybe a lotion I used to use years ago), but I cannot place it and it’s driving me nuts.  It’s good stuff for sure.

Amor Naturals doesn’t include sizes on their products so I wasn’t able to do a cost breakdown. Based on the prices I see in their shop I think it’s fair to say you are getting more than your money’s worth with this one.  Plus it’s a great way to try their new items for a great price.
