Hammock Pack October 2015 Subscription Box Review - "Maine"
Hammock Pack October 2015 Subscription Box – “Maine”

Hammock Pack is a monthly surprise pack filled with everything you need to take a much needed getaway without even leaving your home. Boxes are geared towards women and each month you will receive a pack filled with a mix of food, bath products, housewares, and accessories that you’d only find if you visited that month’s destination city.

The Box

Hammock Pack ships via USPS Priority Mail and is supposed to ship around the 25th of the month. They must ship in batches because some people get their boxes before mine even shipped.

The Information Card

The October 2015 Hammock Pack destination was “Maine” and included the following items:

~Blissfully Simple Shop Lavender Sugar Scrub ($8): Ahh, this smells so good!  It’s not too strong, but you definitely can smell the lavender.  It’s handmade, all-natiral and paragon-free.

~Long Winter Soap Co. Vanilla Chai Skin Cream ($10): I couldn’t wait to get this cream on my hands. The vanilla chai is such a nice fall into winter scent.  The cream is rich and really made my skin feel nice.

~Stonewall Kitchen Pumpkin Scone Mix ($7.95): I love Stonewall Kitchen products and I have a new found obsession with scones, so this is amazing.  I think the boys and I will wait till the weather cools down again (it’s supposed to be an amazing week here) and then make these.  I think they would be an amazing breakfast treat.

~Five Islands Body Co. Pumpkin Lip Balm ($3.29): Not only did Hammock Pack out together a great box of items local to Maine, they also did an amazing job putting together a great “fall” themed box.   This lip balm smells amazing and did a great job moisturizing my lips.  I also love the mermaid on the packaging.

~Wicked Whoopies Classic Whoopie Pie ($2.25): with all the Halloween candy we’ve had around here we haven’t gotten a chance to try this.  I am anxious to try it though!

All totaled I came up with a value of $31.49 for the October 2015 Hammock Pack.  It’s not a “value” at all, but I loved this box.  It was packed with fun items and it was a great combination of things.

What do you think of Hammock Pack?  What city / state would you like to see them do next?  I am still routing for a Detroit box!
