Little Luxe Box is a monthly subscription box that brings you tiny indulgences from small business in food, bath and body products, housewares and accessories. Each box will contain 4-6 items with an average value of $30+.
Little Luxe Box ships on the 15th of the month via USPS.
Little Luxe Box is still fairly new, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. I was thrilled by the first look though!
The December 2015 Little Luxe Box theme was “Spread Love, It’s The Brooklyn Way” and included the following items:
~Peeled Snacks Apple-2-The-Core ($3.99): These snacks are yummy and a nice healthy snack to balance out all those holiday cookies.
~S.W. Basics Cocoa Lip Balm ($4): S.W. Basics products are amazing! Their lip balm contains just three ingredients – cocoa butter, coconut oil and beeswax. This lip balm is like putting hot chocolate on your lips. It smells great and is very moisturizing. I actually already have it right next to my bed.
~Hartland Brooklyn Card ($4.50): This card was offset printed on felted paper in Brooklyn, NY. It’s blank on the inside and could be used for just about anything. The colors are even brighter in person and it’s a gorgeous design.
~Brooklyn Candle Studio “Lavender” Candle ($14): These candles are made in Brooklyn, New York with 100% soy derived from American-grown soy beans for an eco-friendly, clean burn. I love that they included a non-holiday scent. I will be pulling this back out after the holidays are done and over and the January / February blues set in!
~Raaka Virgin Chocolate ($7.95): Raaka chocolate is hand crafted in Brooklyn with organic ingredients (whenever possible) and fair-trade sugar certified by Fair Trade USA. Cocoa beans are responsibly purchased at above market rates and they also use recycled paper for their packaging. The chocolate bar was rich and amazing and once square was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth!
All totaled I came up with a value of $34.44 for the December 2015 Little Luxe Box. The value wasn’t amazing, but I felt like the box was well curated and I really enjoyed it. It was well rounded and very “me”!
