bluum March 2016 Subscription Box Review + Coupon Code
bluum, is a monthly box of goodies for moms and babies.  Products are hand-selected based on your child’s age (from pregnancy to preschool), gender and developmental stage.  They now have an option that allows you to select the items you wish to receive in your boxes which I think is awesome. You don’t have to pick, but the option is there if you’d like to. I have gotten bluum for years and while the boxes have had their ups and downs I have generally been pretty pleased with them and have stuck with my subscription (which is for my 3.5 year-old son – aka W).

bluum ships via FedEx Smart Post and generally takes about a week to arrive.  I typically plan on receiving it during the second half of the month.

I didn’t realize it until I opened this box, but I never went in and made my selections for this box.  I recall starting to look through the items online and then never got around to finishing.

My March 2016 bluum box contained the following items:

~Frenchie Socks: These are a little too big for W right now (they are for 5-6 year-olds and W has tiny little feet), but they will come in handy down the road.  They are exactly the style I would buy for him on my own, so I was supper happy to see that bluum made this choice for me.

~Dreambaby Cord Wind-Ups: We actually do not have any blinds with cords, but if we did I would certainly use these!  I will be gifting them to the next friend of mine who has a baby because these are a safety must.  Blind cords are so dangerous for little ones.

~Skip Hop Walk-Along Stroller Handle ($8): This is another item I likely wouldn’t have selected on my own.  I don’t have any little ones who still ride in a stroller, but I do think the idea is cute (if you can get your toddler to walk nicely and hold it anyway).

~Kid O Simmer & Saute Set: OMG how cute is this?  I absolutely love it!  You can use it to prepare a feast of turkey and corn or cook whatever other play foods you have on it.  I can’t wait to get cooking!

I couldn’t do a price breakdown on this month’s bluum (many of the prices were not available online), but I thought it was worth the cost.  The items may not have all been a perfect fit for me, but it’s not bluum‘s fault I don’t have blinds with cords.
