I reached out to POPSUGAR earlier today about the delays some of us (myself included) are experiencing with our POPSUGAR Limited Edition Summer Boxes. They noted that there was a “delay” at the warehouse, but that my box shipped today and I should see movement in the FedEx system shortly (and I do now see movement).
The e-mail went on to say that they would be sending an email informing me (and other subscribers experiencing this issue I would assume) of how they plan to rectify the situation.
I will update when I hear more, but I am happy that they have acknowledged the issue and am looking forward to hearing what their fix is for this! If I am recalling correctly, this happed with another limited edition box and we received a bonus product from? Does anyone else remember that? I need to go back and check my posts!
