POPSUGAR Summer Must Have Box - Shipping Update

I reached out to POPSUGAR earlier today about the delays some of us (myself included) are experiencing with our POPSUGAR Limited Edition Summer Boxes. They noted that there was a “delay” at the warehouse, but that my box shipped today and I should see movement in the FedEx system shortly (and I do now see movement).

The e-mail went on to say that they would be sending an email informing me (and other subscribers experiencing this issue I would assume) of how they plan to rectify the situation.

I will update when I hear more, but I am happy that they have acknowledged the issue and am looking forward to hearing what their fix is for this!  If I am recalling correctly, this happed with another limited edition box and we received a bonus product from?  Does anyone else remember that? I need to go back and check my posts!

    I got the same email today after I emailed them asking why my box had not shipped from their warehouse when it was promised to ship by June 16th. I Wish they would now upgrade the shipping so that I would nit have to wait another 10 days for it to arrive to me in Houston!

    Mine is due to arrive today when it wasn’t supposed to come until next week. Very rare .. Actually never .. Has any Pop Sugar box come early for me. Might have something to do with where we live? I’m in Washington DC and typically am last to get my box. Hope yours comes soon.

    I got the shipping email last week but the tracking stayed on label created from June 17-21. It finally left the warehouse the night of June 21st. I didn’t get an email like this though, so I’m not sure if a 5 day delay between label created & actual shipping is normal, or if that’s considered a delay.

    Yep – mine sat in the “warehouse” or whatever for a week after the shipping label was created. I was getting ready to email them, but shipping finally updated yesterday. It showed arriving next Wednesday, but now says Saturday by end of day. Of course. . . because I have it shipped to my office which is closed on Saturday! Hopefully the post office will redeliver it on Monday, if not I’ll have to trudge over to the city post office and pick it up.
    I don’t know why Popsugar has so many problems shipping their LE boxes, but it’s annoying. All in all, it’s an OK box but not enough to ‘wow’ me. We’ve had regular monthly boxes from PS that are close to $200 in value, so for $100 I was expecting a little bit more.

    I received a similar email on June 24th followed by the delivery of my box on June 25th. An excerpt from the email reads “We hope you enjoy your Limited Edition Summer box as well as this extra gift!”. They didn’t indicate what the extra gift would be or when it would arrive. I assume it’s coming separate as I did not receive anything extra in my delivery.

      I never got the e-mail about the extra gift, but I can see in my FedEx tracking that something is coming from POPSUGAR (separate from the Summer box)!

    I got my gift today…before the box. Do you want to know what it is or have it be a surprise? I wonder if everyone gets the same thing?
