Target Summer Wonderpack - Summer Splash Bash Review

Target recently launched six Summer Wonderpacks on their site.  I thought they looked adorable, so I decided to pick one up!  I got the Target Super Splash Bash Wonderpack, which was $22.

From Target:
In the Super Splash Bash Wonderpack, your super-soaked experience awaits. You’ll get everything you need including a double water slide, water-balloon launcher, water balloons and beach balls. Zipped inside, the Super Splash Bash Activity Book provides games like “Hang 5” and “Balloon Battleground,” so you’re in store for endless hours of summer fun. Just add water.

My Summer Wonderpack arrived in a huge plain brown Target box.  Inside was the actual Wonderpack pack with all of the contents inside.

The Target Super Splash Bash Wonderpack had an Activity Book with activities, tricks, and tips on how to get the most out of your Wonderpack.

~H20 Go Double Slider ($11.15): This doesn’t get the best reviews on Target.com, but for the price, it’s about what I expect!  We haven’t had a waterslide like this for a few years, and my boys will love playing with it for however long it lasts.

~Intex Beach Ball (x2) ($0.89/.each): We actually don’t own any beach balls, so these are nice!  Our neighbors have a pool so we’ll take these over there and play. Beach balls (and slip and slides like the ones above) aren’t something I ever want to spend a lot of money on, so these are what I would have purchased if I were to buy them myself.

~Zuru Bunch O Balloons ($12.99): These are the main reason I purchased this box.  They are everything.  I can’t believe I ever used to fill up water balloons any other way.  I’m sure people are skeptical that they don’t actually work, but I can assure you that they do.  They totally do.  They don’t get huge (you can probably fit one in the palm of your hand), but they get large enough for us!  This kit also includes a launcher which will launch your balloons up to 60 feet.  We have two launchers up-north, so now all the boys up-north (my cousin is up there too) will have one!

~Wonderpack Bag: I love this bag!  It’ll come in handy not just for our Wonderpack goodies, but for so much other stuff this summer.

All totaled I came up with a value of $25.92 for the Target Super Splash Bash Wonderpack. Not a huge value (the pack was $22), but it’s all things we would have purchased anyway so I am happy!

If you are interested in getting one of the Summer Wonderpacks head over to Target.com (they aren’t sold in store) and check them out.  They are selling out quickly so snag one soon!
