Yogi Surprise July 2016 Subscription Review + Coupon Code

Yogi Surprise is a monthly care package designed to complement your healthy lifestyle. Within each Yogi Surprise, you’ll receive 6-8 full-size products ranging from unique yoga accessories and natural beauty items to herbal tonics, organic snacks and super food essentials.  One subscriber per month will also win that month’s Yogi Surprise retreat.

Yogi Surprise ships via USPS Priority Mail in the first half of the month and, once shipped, generally takes just two days to arrive to me.

The July 2016 Yogi Surprise included the following items:

~eQua Yoga Hand Towel ($12):This hand towel is absorbent and quick drying and works for yoga or a trip to the gym.  It’s lightweight, soft and has split microfiber technology for optimized moisture absorption, evaporation, and wet-grip.

~Sun Salutation Salve by gypsySOULorganics ($3.30): This salve “…heals everything between the sun & moon…”. I am going to keep it on my purse and use it on my elbows and cuticles.

~truth bar Peppermint Brownie ($3): This was a little dense and chewy for my personal taste, but I liked the flavor (and lack of an aftertaste).

~Shea Radiance Whipped Shea Butter (5oz) (~$11): This is  100% Natural and Unrefined Shea Butter.  So far I have used it on my feet and I love it!  I much prefer whipped shea butter to “regular” shea butter because it’s so much easier to deal with.

~Essential Oils for Beauty, Wellness & Home ($13.33): From Amazon: “The Complete Guide to Essential Oils empowers everyone from doctors, nurses, and science professionals to teachers, business executives, and homemaker to live a natural and healthy life. Essential oils have been an integral part of human healthcare for thousands of years. It is our body composition and genetics that makes them so ideal for improving our physical and mental health, nutrition, and personal care even in the modern world. The rising and unpredictable costs of the healthcare system motivate many individuals and families to look for safe and effective complementary healthcare options. Essential oil protocols do not replace the important role of doctors and healthcare providers, but they allow readers to support their own healthcare at home.” I think this will be handy to have around the house and, for whatever reason, I am more likely to look something like what essential oil to use up in a book before I will google it.

~Anima Mundi Lotus Flower & Gem Essence ($10): According to the information card, you drink 5-10 drops of this daily in a meditative atmosphere. It’s supposed to help “balance the emotion and the psyche”. I could use a some balancing of both of those things, so I’ll try it!

~SkinYoga Sandalwood Saffron Face Mask ($10): How amazing is this packaging?  So cute!  This mask is supposed to have anti-aging properties and also make skin lighter and more radiant.  I am not sure it that means it takes away redness, but I am looking forward to seeing my skin more radiant.

All totaled I came up with a value of $62.63 for the July 2016 Yogi Surprise.  Not a huge value, but I really liked this box!

Did you get the July box?  What did you think?  If you are interested in signing up or just want to learn more, click here and use the coupon code “LOVEYOURSELF” or “GRATITUDE” to save 20% off per month for the LIFE of your subscription.  Also, it looks like they are offering FREE Chakra Healing Stones in your first box right now.  I can’t find an expiration date on the offer, but I would imagine it’s only valid as long as you see it on the sign-up page.  Once it’s no longer on the page anymore, I’d assume the deal is done.
