Wantable Intimates October 2016 Subscription Box Review

Wantable Intimates is a monthly intimates subscription service.  You will either receive three premium pieces of lingerie or 3 premium pieces of loungewear based on your profile preferences. They also offer makeup, fitness, style and accessories boxes, again customized to your preferences.  And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. Now you are even able to return just a portion of your box!  Wantable lists “Your Price” on the information card along with the “Retail Price” so you can easily determine the amount of credit you will receive if you opt to return items.  If you end up keeping your entire box, a credit of $4 will be posted to your account – making your next box $46.

I want to mention that Wantable has recently increased their price from $40 per box to $50 per box (those who subscribed before 10/24/15 which I did will keep the $40/month rate as long as they are subscribed). Also, boxes will now include three items as opposed to the previous 3-4 items. Wantable indicated that this is so that they can send you “a look” rather than just pieces.

I mention it every time, but you can totally customize your Wantable box.  You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike.  You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike.  It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing. Wantable has also launched the “My Stream” which includes product and customer photos of items from Wantable boxes. You can scroll through the images, and if you see something you love, you can request it in your next box.

My October 2016 Wantable Intimates Collection included the following items:

~Spaghetti Strap Dress – Baby Pink (Retail Price: $32, Your Price: $16.70): This is really cute, but it’s not me.  I think I might be more into it if it were a romper for some reason. I love the color and the black lace detail.

~Tulip Hem Racerback Tank – Black (Retail Price: $25, Your Price: $13.04):  Hmm.  The card describes this as “perfect for lounging”, but I am not so sure.  It’s got a giant slit on both sides so it’s basically open. You’d have to wear something under it and I am not real sure I want to wear a tank top under a tank top?

~Rose Lace and Mesh Boyleg Panty (Retail Price: $12, Your Price: $6.26): These are my favorite item in the box and probably the only item I am keeping.  I think the “Your Price” is a steal and I am really happy with these.

All totaled I came up with a value of $69 for my October 2016 Wantable box.  This box was a miss for me.  I didn’t love my loungewear and the only item I am keeping is the lace panty.  Still it’s not a huge deal because I can return everything, which is amazing.

Do you subscribe to Wantable?  If so, what’d you get in your box (makeup or accessories or intimates) this month? Have you tried either of the Edits (Fitness or Style)? If you are interested in signing up for Wantable, you can head here and check them out!

Spread the love
