The December 2016 Aster Market included the following items:

~Scandi Scarf from The Up-North Market ($34): This scarf is 74inches long x 10 inches wide and is made in the USA. Up North Market is based on Minneapolis, Minnesota and strives to create products that bring happiness to the home, season after season. The scarf is cozy and warm, but stylish at the same time. I love the pattern and the black / ivory will go with just about everything.

~Classic Hot Chocolate Mix from Whimsy & Spice ($15): This hot chocolate mix is made with just four ingredients – pure Valrhona chocolate grated by hand, sugar, and a touch of vanilla and sea salt. To make you add three tablespoons of this into one cup of hot milk on the stove top and then enjoy. The timing on this couldn’t be better. It’s a cold snowy day and we could all use some hot chocolate.

~Gift Tags from Fine Day Press ($7): These aren’t “holiday” tags, but instead are more of an everyday gift tag. The tags feature a modern abstract design which was hand-painted by Fine Day Press in their Austin, TX studio.  The design reminds me of watermelons for some reason.

All totaled I came up with a value of $56 for the December 2016 Aster Market box. The selections this month were fantastic and I will easily use / enjoy each of the items in this box.

What do you think of Aster Market? Their boxes never “wowed” me with their value, but they were well curated and I will miss my monthly Aster Market deliveries!
