Yogi Surprise ships via USPS Priority Mail in the first half of the month and, once shipped, generally takes just two days to arrive to me.
The December 2016 Yogi Surprise theme was “The Joy of Giving” and included the following items:
~Natural Fitness Hemp Sling Strap ($14.99): This strap can be used to transport your mat or in your yoga practice. It will allow you practice more difficult stretches and poses and help improve flexibility. I really want to get back into yoga and will be needing this.
~Good Medicine Lab I’m Peaceful Antidote for Anxiety ($32): Ahhh, this has my name written all over it. This fun rainbow powder is added to the bathtub and relaxes your muscles and your mind. I worry about pretty much everything (and then some), so I need this.
~Seeds of Intention Cards ($15): These cards are designed to inspire you to set an intention each day. I love this idea and may be something our family can start in the new year.
~4th & Heart Ghee Butter Madagascar Vanilla Bean ($14.99): This Madagascar Vanilla Bean uses sun-dried beans that are 100% Organic Fair Trade Certified. I am going to try this for grilled cheese this weekend and once B gets home (that’ll be a while) I am sure he will make something amazing with it.

All totaled the December 2016 Yogi Surprise had a value of $104.97. This was a great month for me. I will use everything in here and think it’ll help get my new year off to a good start!
