The May 2017 BuddhiBox included the following items:

~BuddhiBox Follow Your Bliss Cuff ($25): Love this message!  Find your bliss and follow it!  While adjustable, cuffs do sit funny on my wrists.  I think they are just larger than average sized wrist, so they just look off on it? I probably wouldn’t notice it on someone else, but I don’t like them on myself.

~Elements of Aliel Rose Mask ($20): This mask will help make clogged pores and problem skin a thing of the past!  It’s a blend of rosehip, beet root and rose clay and can be mixed with water, yogurt, honey, whatever you like and whatever works best with your skin.

~Selenite Healing Crystal ($10): Selenite crystals are considered a stone of the crown chakra. They can be beneficial in relieving stress or reducing anxiety and can also be placed in the home to remove negativity.  I will be the first to admit; I am not one bit familiar with crystals and their uses.  I do listen to Spencer Pratt discuss them on SnapChat on a regular basis though, and I love that ;).

~My Mat, My Mantra – Mantra Spot ($6.95): This will work on your yoga mat, your water bottle, in a notebook, your car, just about anywhere you need to see this message.

~Elements of Aliel Green Beau-Tea Blend ($10): This tea is a blend of green tea, rose petals and strawberry leaf.  As someone who doesn’t love tea, all that I can tell you is that it smells amazing!  According to the description, the green tea acts a natural detoxifier while the rose hips and rose petals provide vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are beneficial to your skin and over all health.

~The Happy Yogi Watercolor Print ($10): I love this!  The colors are beautiful, and it would make for a great framed piece in your yoga room.

All totaled the May 2017 BuddhiBox had a value of $82.  It wasn’t my personal favorite, but I did enjoy pieces of it and thought the value was great!
