I’m really annoyed with Klutchclub right now. I ordered one of their “best os boxes” and recieved it last week. A antibacterial spray was empty and I noticed it was slashed on the bottom and leaked all though the box. When I opened the box everything was wet. It came with tea bags which got soaked and stained the item under it. I emailed them and it’s been a week and I’m still waiting for a reply. >:(

I’ve had similar problems with Klutchclub. Soda exploded in the box during a cold spell. They were slow to respond but they sent out a new box pronto.
Have you heard anything about the Jan 2014 Tyler Florence fancy box… I got billed for it and Feb but I haven’t received jan box yet…

Ahhh yay about Popsugar!! I just checked mine by ref # (thanks for that tip) and it’s been shipped! From CA, thank goodness, because it takes forever to get to me when it ships from NY. And thanks for the reminder on Fabletics! I think I’m skipping this month…
Mine takes the same amount of time no matter where it ships from. Which makes no sense, but it does!
I’m not happy that Glossbox spoilers for Feb are coming out and I am STILL waiitng for my January box. Totally going to cancel as soon as it arrives. I know I’m not the only one with this problem though.
I wonder what happened in January?? This has happened with GB before too. I am guessing that doesn’t make it any better though!
