Little Lace Box is a subscription service that delivers hand-curated, nearly impossible-to-find designer products directly to your doorstep every other month. Boxes will be brimming with high-end, brand name beauty, lifestyle, and home product samples to treat yourself to and dazzle your friends during your next night out.  They now also offer Serendipity by Little Lace Box. Serendipity will be sent out every other month (on the off months of the Little Lace Box) and includes five to seven sample size (sometimes full-size) items that don’t have any theme attached at all, just great little finds that LLB wanted to share. The July 2016 Serendipity by Little Lace Box included the following items:

~MyKitsch Chevron OR Gold/Pearl Layering Necklace ($22.95): I received the gold / pearl layering necklace, but some subscribers will receive the Chevron design necklace.  I can’t find either one of them on the MyKitsch website, so I am just going to use the information card pricing.  I love the gold / pearl one I received and think it’s great that you can connect them to wear together or take them apart to wear separate.

~Manna Kadar Fantasy 3-in-1 Blush Highlighter Shadow ($19):  This can be used as an eye-shadow, a highlighter or a blush.  Or all three at once.  It’s described as a “nude blush pink” and I love it as an eyeshadow.

~Pre de Provence Riche Hand Butter (1oz) (Lavender, Coconut, Amande or Starflower) ($7.99): I received the “Amande” scent which is an incredible almond scent.  It’s seriously amazing.  Sadly (for me), I cannot find this hand cream online. It contains Shea Butter, Organic Cocoa Butter and Mango Butter, so in addition to smelling amazing, it’s also super moisturizing.
Serendipity by Little Lace Box July 2016 Review + LLB Coupon Codes
~LeBlanc France Perfume Sachet (Rose, Lavender, Peony or Lilly of the Valley) ($4): I received this in the Peony scent, but a variety of different fragrances were shipped.  You can use these sachets pretty much anywhere – from in clothing storage bins to your car to in your vacuum bag.  I am going to use mine under my bed.   It smells great and I think it will a great place for it.

~100% Cotton Boca Terry Spa Headband ($3.95): This headband is super soft and will be perfect for when you apply face masks and / or for washing your face.

My 4-year-old helped me open this one and was excited to dig through everything.

Bramble Box July 2016 Review + Coupon Code

The July 2016 Bramble Box theme was “Eye Doctor” and included the following items:

~Patient Exam Charts, Eye Chart & Prescriptions: Bramble Box doesn’t send you a “set” activity.  They provide you with materials and allow you and your child to use them, however, you may choose.  W hasn’t gotten into these eye charts yet, but he will before long.

Bramble Box July 2016 Review + Coupon Code

~Eye Glasses: So far this has been W’s favorite activity of the box.  The selecting and trying on of the eyeglasses.  He needed to try on every single pair and determine which looked best with his coloring.  He finally settled on blue being his favorite (and looking the best him).

Bramble Box July 2016 Review + Coupon Code

~Binocular Vision and 3D Images: The box also included 3D glasses and an image of a butterfly to “test” if your eyes are working together as a team.  3D glasses are always a hit around our house. For some reason, W doesn’t love going to see movies in 3D as much as he likes just wearing the glasses for fun around the house.

Bramble Box July 2016 Review + Coupon Code

~Stickers / Eye-Occluder:  The box included stickers to help you customize your glasses (so far W has just wanted to decorate his shirt).  I used the Eye-Occluder to read the chart and determined that one of my eyes is stronger than the other.

Chococurb Nano July 2016 Subscription Box Review
Chococurb is a chocolate discovery subscription experience. Inside each Chococurb box, you’ll find an assortment chocolates or chocolate related items. These items can come from small, local chocolatiers to more established, national brands. Every box will have something new, exciting, and absolutely delicious. The review is on their “Nano” box, which features five small-to-medium sized items, same incredible experience.
Chococurb Nano July 2016 Subscription Box Review
Chococurb subscriptions ship on the 14th of each month and auto-renew at the end of their respective period, unless canceled. This pouch actually shipped in a much larger cooler to help keep thing cool in the summer heat.
Chococurb Nano July 2016 Subscription Box Review

Despite their best efforts, some of my chocolates were still a little soft when I got this in the mail.  I popped it all in the fridge for a while and things were as good as new.

The July 2016 Chococurb Nano included the following items:

~Menakao Milk Chocolate 44% Madagascan Vanilla ($7.99): I thought this had a bit of vanilla flavor, a bit of caramel flavor and some sort of fruit flavor mixed in?  The vanilla wasn’t too strong to me and I really enjoyed this one.

Chococurb Nano July 2016 Subscription Box Review
~Chocolat Dolfin Lait Nougatine: This bite-sized Belgian treat is milk chocolate with nougatine.  It was satisfying and I didn’t feel like I needed to eat more chocolate after finishing this.

Chococurb Nano July 2016 Subscription Box Review
~Ethereal Confections: Ethereal products are handcrafted in Woodstock, Illinois using organic ingredients and without preservatives.  All I tasted in this one was chocolate and it was delicious.

Chococurb Nano July 2016 Subscription Box Review

~TCHO Mokaccino: I LOVE the one!  It features dried fruit notes from freshly roasted Blue Bottle coffee blended seamlessly with the dense caramel and cocoa notes in SeriousMilk chocolate.  It makes for an amazing afternoon treat along with a cup of coffee.

Chococurb Nano July 2016 Subscription Box Review
~Seattle Chocolates Birthday Cake Truffle: This is one I wish there would have been more of in the package.  I think the was in the worst shape (meaning it was almost melted) when it arrived, but after a few hours in the fridge it was as good as new.  It’s incredible. It features yellow cake, vanilla frosting and confetti sprinkles all in truffle form.

I think the July 2016 Chococurb Nano worked out to be just about the $10 cost of the box, but I thought it was a very fun way to sample a bunch of new chocolates.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

Fortune Cookie Soap boxes always smell SO good!

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

The Fall 2016 Fortune Cookie Soap theme was “As You Wish” and included the following items:

~Drop.Your.Sword – Fortune Cookie Soap: Drop.Your.Sword is a “blend of medieval honey apple mead”.  The fortune cookie hand soaps are one of my favorite FCS products.  They are so unique and look great in a dish in your guest bath.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~Prepare to Die – OCD Hand Sanitizer: The name of this one cracks me up!  It’s giving all those germs living on your hands a little warning of what is going to happen to them.  The scent is “a warm blend of fresh baked cookie dough spiced with clove and saffron”.  It’s amazing!

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~Mostly Dead – Whipped Cream Body Butter: This body butter makes your “Mostly Dead” dry skin come back to life!  It has nice toasted almond, honey and pumpkin scent and is making me wish fall was here now.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~Inconceivable! Perfume Oil: Inconceivable is “fall woods, black amber and poached pears topped with whipped vanilla cream”.  I wonder if I could add this to something to make it a room spray?  I need to do one research.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~Mawiage – Scented Cotton Ball: I am not totally sure what one does with a scented cotton ball, but yes, it does smell good!  Mawiage is “rich pound cake, scented with cardamon pistachio, and rosewater topped with creamy buttercream”.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~Pit of Despair – Steam Me Up Scotty!: Shower steamers are a great way to turn your own shower into a spa experience.  Pit of Despair smells better than it sounds – it’s “fresh cut lemongrass and tropical plumeria” and again would make an amazing room spray.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~Buttercup – Shampoo: Buttercup is “candied rum wrapped with ripe fig, bergamot, vetiver, warm sandalwood and sweet vanilla musk”.  I am not 100% sure if I noticed anything amazing about my hair after I used this, but it did smell fantastic.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~True Love – Facial Cleansing Oil: Isn’t this gorgeous?  You pour it into your hands and then rub them together until it turns milky white.  It’s a “sparkling blend of fresh citrus, creamy  jasmine petals and a dash of sea salt” and made my skin feel amazing.

Fortune Cookie Soap Fall 2016 Subscription Box Review

~Knight Cream – Facial Moisturizer: The final item in the box was a facial moisturizer. It’s unscented (the only unscented item in the box) and works to protect your skin from dryness and shrieking eels.
