Project Goals for 2010

I hate to make new years resolutions, so I am going to call these my design “goals” for the upcoming year.

-I have a few boring bathroom mirrors that I want to frame. Sort of like this blogger did here. I have been thinking about this ever since we moved in, and I cannot wait to get started.

-Get some art on my empty walls. I have had my eye on this Etsy seller for ages. Hopefully I can make a decision on what to get this year.

-Find/buy “big boy” furniture and design plan a super cute design room for my son that he will love for years.

-Continue the search for a new kitchen table. Mine is ready to fall apart.

-Pick up more “finishing touches” for the house. With the holiday decorations down, it seems so “blah” in here.

-Clean / organize in the basement and garage. I need to do a major donation to charity with all the things I have not used in the past few years. If I haven’t touched it in over two years, do I really need it? Nope. And since the garage is my husband’s man space, I need to get my crap out of there and give him the space he deserves!

I have more, but I am going to leave it at that for now. What are your plans for 2010?

Those are some exciting plans! I cannot wait to see/read about them. I love the framing the mirror idea. Looks like a lot of work, but what an outcome!
