Put a cork in it!

I’m not sure when this became legal, but I sure do love the cork and carry law! Now when you are at a fancy(*) restaurant drinking a klassy(**) bottle of pink wine, you no longer have to suck it all down so it won’t go to waste. You can just have the waiter cork it and put it in a sealed bag and drive home to suck down the rest. Not sure if this has improved drunk driving accidents but it certainly can’t hurt.

*Fancy in this case was Macaroni Grill. Hey it’s fancier than like Denny’s.
**At least it wasn’t in a box. Although that would have been equally delicious. And I’ll have you know I world never dare order pink wine with a truly gourmet meal. Well, I wouldn’t post about it anyways ;).

I had no idea that this was allowed. It almost makes me want to order wine at a restaurant and take it home. Of course, the last time I had wine, I practically drank the whole bottle, so maybe I will pretend I never read this.

Well, next time you only to have drink 1/2 the bottle!!!

Um, where’s the fun in that?
