I am almost ashamed to admit I went to Target and bought clearance items at 50% off. I swore to myself I wouldn’t go until it was 75% off (which I think will be Thursday), but I couldn’t help myself. And then once I was in there, I couldn’t stop throwing things in my cart. I am very pleased with all the Wilton baking pans and the books, because who doesn’t love books?? And the Hot Wheels cars (all found in the regular aisle since the boxes are very similar to the regular ones) will be L’s presents to his friends next year for Easter!
If you go to Target, make sure to check the regular aisles for hidden deals like the Crayola Twistables, the legos, the sugar cookie mixes, etc. which do not look Easter’ish at all and could easily have gotten placed there by mistake. I believe there are also Easter rice krispie treats, funfetti cake mixes / frosting, oreos and granola bars, so keep your eyes open! I love hunting for the hidden deals. Somehow it makes it even more fun. Good luck out there any be sure to report back. I am pretty sure I will be going to a jillion Targets in the next few days (NOT today though, I swear) , so I will be back with my findings as well.
