It seems like just yesterday that Lucas was born. I remember driving to the hospital with B and trying to talk him into taking me to the casino instead because I just wasn’t sure if I was ready to face what was ahead! Who knew what was in store for us? Of course, once we laid eyes on Lucas we were more than in love. It’s amazing how you can love someone so little so much. I couldn’t be more thankful that I get to be L’s mom. And I know that B feels the same way about being his Dad. We are the lucky ones! So Lucas, on your birthday, thank you for making the last three years the most amazing three years of my life.
