Weekend Wrap Up

Sadly, our fun weekend is over. Sometimes I am amazed by the amount of stuff that can be fit into one weekend. And what makes it better is that our weekend was actually relaxing! I actually read two books and caught up on my gossip magazines (gotta do something during those long car rides).

I already filled you in on what we did Saturday and most of Sunday here. After we got home and unpacked (and dragged the chairs inside – I was not part of that), we played outside in between rain drops. I’m not sure if I have mentioned it, but it’s been raining non-stop here! It’s great because our grass is nice and green, our garden is growing well and L has lots of puddles to drive through (his favorite). Bryan went on a bike ride (until it started raining on him), L washed his car (one of them anyways) and I put L to bed. We watched a movie and I did some computer “work” while I debated in my head about the PB Outlet ottoman.

Spurred on by my mom, who said I needed the ottoman (she really did say this) and that she would watch L while we went to get it, B and I decided to go back to the outlet. It was a last minute decision and included a trip to the casino on the way. In case you are wondering, the casino is not even close to being on the way. But I won, so it was all worth it. Then it was off to the outlets. We ran into Pottery Barn and then walked around and checked out a few more stores. J.Crew (they have Crew Cuts stuff!) and GAP were the best of the bunch. After lunch at Culvers (they have sweet potato fries!!!), we went home. B cut the lawn and L and Baxter drove around in L’s car while I chased them down the street. We all had fun. We capped off our weekend with some Real Housewives of New Jersey. Are they crazy or what??

So what did you do this weekend??????
