I got the new kids mobile from Etsy and hung it up a few days ago. I am please to report it is just as nice in person as the pictures on Etsy. Sometimes you just never know. But I love it and think it’s perfect! And yeah, I hung it over the changing table, instead of the crib. The crib is already busy with the letters over it and let’s face it, I want my kid to sleep in the crib and not stare at owls!
And since I am sharing new kid stuff, here are the Big Bro / Lil Bro tees I ordered. I got these from Golden (she works through Facebook).
So Jenelle from Teen Mom is now dropping acid. Really, acid? The story says she “fell in love with it”. LOL. I didn’t know anyone did acid anymore? You never hear anything about it. Leave it to Jenelle to bring it back. I can’t wait for her to get back on my tv screen every week. Although, I am enjoying the new batch of Teen Moms. They seem somewhat sane (expect for them all thinking their baby daddy would be sooo helpful), but I am sure the craziness is coming.
I don’t care what it says on the calendar, summertime is here. B has been seen in the yard wearing his green shorts and boots (you’ll recall he also has green pants as shown here). He also shaved his head. He shaves his head once a year. He actually has a nice shaped head and can get away with it. Of course, everyone asks him why he did it and if he lost a bet. Nope, he just likes to do it.
Speaking of B, he made me pack my hospital bag the other day. I mean, he basically forced me into it. I suggested that he could just throw some things in a bag when the time came and he looked at me like I had two heads. So I can push a baby out, but you can’t bring me a pair of sweats to wear home?? Umm, okay! In all fairness, no matter what he brought I would bitch at him for bringing the wrong thing, but still. A friend was telling me how her friend’s husband brought her PRE-BABY JEANS and a THONG to wear home. How hysterical is that? He got sent home to try again ;). Another friend’s husband brought her a sock (just one) and flip flops. He also had to try again! Maybe it’s not such a bad thing that B forced me to pack my own bag.
