I can’t say I’m sad this week is over. Between the election and the Target clearance, it was a crazy week around here!
1. WB is getting braver and braver everyday and what you see here is him pulling himself up on the tv stand. Â What you don’t see is him trying to get the DVD player. Â Luckily L was there to stop him because well, I was busy laughing and taking this picture.
2. Since when did gas get so cheap? Â I mean, I did have a $0.20/gallon Kroger reward to use, so it was really $3.37. Â But still. Â I now get gas once every week and a half? Â I think I have filled up maybe 3 times in my new car.
3. Ahh, the casino. Â As you will recall I went there this weekend and won big. Â Well, sorta big. Â And this Michael Jackson slot was good to me. Â And very fun to play.
4. Ugh, how cute is this guy? Â I rarely can get L to pose for a picture for me without him making some funny face or getting a weird smile going, but this was just perfect.
5. A little bedtime reading. Â L was VERY concerned that all the iPads / iPhones / etc. had to sleep outside. Â I think he’d cry if his was outside for the night.
6. See, here is L and his iPad in bed. Â I posted this on Instagram, but I am still laughing about the picture on the iPad, so I am posting it again. Â He was watching Scooby Doo and what are the chances this creepy face would appear on the screen at the same time I was taking the picture? Â Too funny.
7. I may not have gotten an “I Voted” sticker, Â but I did get the Starbuck bracelet. Â And L loved wearing it as a necklace.
8. This is the famous Target chevron blanket display. Â It does not come in colors other than black and white. Â I am pretty sure it’s in store only (at least for now). Â It’s a standard baby blanket size. Â The dresses are 100x cuter than the boys “dressy” outfits.
9. Ohh, look who’s wearing his Target mustache onesie. Â Like you wouldn’t have bought it for $8!
10. And finally, sit down WB. Â Just be a baby for awhile. Â You know what’s super fun? Â Sitting down and letting your mama snuggle you!

Makes me want to go to Target now to check out those blankets.
Oooo I LOVED the Michael Jackson slot!! Very fun!!
ohhhh so that is where the blankets were. I walked down the aisles of the baby section looking for it. I was trying to be lazy and avoid having to crochet one for myself but its also probably too small for an adult. After I crocheted a blanket for my Goddaughter’s baptism, another friend claimed she would like one too for her 30th birthday. That thing has taken 9 months and I was trying to find a short cut for one for myself.
those target mustache onesies are just adorable! and I can’t believe there’s a “goodnight iPad” book. times have changes! Have a great weekend 🙂
xoxo, Amy
I’m hosting my 1000th post party, love for you to come!
Totally thought of you today when I was browsing the clearance racks at Target. I got Caleb a shirt with a thumb print with glasses on it and a mustache. It was only $1.50. I’ll post a pic on my blog when I get him to wear it. 🙂
