Just like last month, I was surprised to see the small size of my Love With Food box. And just like last month, I was super impressed with how much stuff they can fit in that small box. Seriously. Love With Food should give packing lessons on their website.
This month’s theme was “Happy Holidays” and the card said “Gather all your loved ones! It’s time to celebrate with an array of decadent delights.” Perfect holiday theme!
And now the details:
Here’s what was inside:
~Honey Cinnamon Almonds from Nunes Farms: These look very tasty and I am guessing B will eat them in about two seconds when he sees them.
~Holiday Salt Water Taffy from Taffy Town: I cannot even tell you the last time I had taffy? I am super excited to try these crazy flavors (Chocolate Rum Wreaths, Spearmint Snowmen, Cinnamon Rolls and Egg Nogg) and see if that’s what they really taste like.
~Belgian Milk Chocolate-Dipped Nutter Butter from the Big Chocolate Dipper: This is going to be spilt in half for sure. I love that they send little tastes of so many different things. If you love it, you can get more. If you hate it, you don’t feel bad throwing it away. But really who would hate this? It sounds amazing.
~Candy Cane Truffle from Kara Chocolates: I love that we got two of these so I don’t have to share with B. Although I probably will have to share with L because he’s a good kid and I don’t want him to miss out! I’ve never had a candy cane truffle and I am looking forward to this one.
~Mocha Mint Cappuccino from Hills Brothers: I guess you just add water (like you would with hot chocolate) and this turns into cappuccino. Interesting. So it’s kinda (sorta) like instant coffee? Can’t wait to give this a try. Part of me thinks it’s totally going to suck, but I so hope I am wrong.
~Gingerbread Boy from Nikki’s Cookies: I don’t like gingerbread, but this is going to be perfect to go along L’s Gingerbread Boy advent calendar book! He’s going to think it’s such a special treat when he gets a gingerbread cookie and milk in bed while we are reading the book. I am excited just thinking about it. I hope it’s tonight’s book.
~Chocolate Tasting Square from Madecasse: Like with the truffles, we got two tasting squares which is perfect. Although B and I will probably end up splitting them because they are different flavors.
~Fleur de Sel Caramel Popcorn from 479 Popcorn: Don’t mind the fancy name. This is sea-salt caramel popcorn. Sounds yummy right? I cannot wait to try it. I am guessing I will love it because well, why wouldn’t I?
I totally loved this month’s Love With Food! I feel like they hit it out of the ballpark with their theme and their selections were amazing. There isn’t anything about this box I feel like will go to waste. I didn’t do a value calculation on here, but Love With Food is $10/month (although I paid way less through House Party Deals a while back), so that would work out to $1.25/sample. I think it’s a pretty good deal!

Thanks! Your reviews made me decide to try out Love with Food. I can’t wait to get my first box next month. I’m also new to your blog, so thanks for that too!
We received Love with Food as a gift. While I think Love with Food is a nice concept, we were disappointed by the sugar load. Too much sugar and no dark chocolate, just milk chocolate . Check the ingredient lists, sugar is among the first and the first four listed for each of the products.
I did complete the starred fields . The Website field is not starred and it isn’t clear to me what is needed for the it.
