Professional Pictures: After every professional session, I swear I am never doing it again. The kids don’t listen, it’s expensive, I never think there were any good shots, blah, blah, blah. And then I see the final pictures and OMG I’m in love. Happens every time. Plus, I can’t even come near a professionals editing skills. The boys faces were SO red because it was freezing cold and you can’t even tell it here. Perfectly edited. LOVE.

Detroit: Detroit still gets such a bad rap and I wish more people just gave it a chance. B and I always enjoy going downtown and have never once had an “issue” down there. Of course there are horrible areas – every city has that, but things will never get better unless we make it better!

Caskers: B received a Caskers gift card in his October Birchbox and he has been obsessed ever since. If you haven’t heard about them yet, Caskers introduces you to unique, small-batch spirits that aren’t available at your local liquor store. AND they are going to come out with a monthly subscription box soon which will contain three to five samples of different types of spirits in mini-bottles. B is going to be all over this, I just know it.

diptyque Paris Candle: Okay, I will be the first to admit that $28 for a small candle is A LOT. Like a lot a lot. But it appears that some things are just worth it. I also used to think I didn’t like floral scents, but I was also wrong about that. I just don’t like cheap floral scents. I am actually still loving the Alora Ambiance diffuser that I got in my August PopSugar Must Have Box and that’s totally a floral scent.

My Boys: I saw it every week, but these two are the best. They are just so darn sweet. L is so proud to be a big brother and is not the least bit jealous of WB. And he totally loves having WB around. These two are going to be BFF’s for life. I couldn’t be prouder. Or luckier.

Muffin Tin Meals: Whenever we get stuck in a lunch rut or are having a boring day, I surprise him with a muffin tin meal. And OMG, he loves them. And listen, if he’s happy, I am happy. L’s a great eater, but he’s even better when you give him meals in a muffin tin (sandwiches cut into shapes are a big hit too). And he actually left the m&m’s in this meal until last and then ASKED he if could have them. And yeah, the peas are frozen. He likes them like that.
