BarkBox Review + Coupon Code – January 2013

January Barkbox

The furries received their January Barkbox the other day and were excited to see what goodies they received. We also got PopSugar and Goodies Co. boxes that day, so it’s been busy around here. In case you aren’t in the know like Baxter and Buddy are, Barkbox is a monthly subscription box for dogs.  Packages start at $29/month, $23/month for 3-months or $18/month for 6-months. I’ve mentioned it a million times, but I got my subscription through Groupon and paid $60 for 6-months. I used to see Barkbox on there kinda often, but it hasn’t been on in a while.

Barkbox doesn’t have themes, which I like because it’s hard to make a theme box work and I think dog themes would be silly. LOL.

The Information Card

And here’s what was inside:
~Jax and Bones Elton the Octopus Rope Toy($14): I love this and I know the boys will too. They love these and they take forever for them to destroy them. Forever.

~Barkworthies Bully Stick($5.99): If I am not mistaken, I still have one of these from a prior box that the dogs haven’t gotten a hold of, so I will give them both one and let them fight about who gets the curly one and who gets the straight one.

~Nootie Mini YumZies Treats($7.99): With every Barkbox I receive, I am reminded of how well my dogs eat. These are all natural and grain free and made right here in the USA. Baxter and Buddy love soft treats (and whatever L and WB throw from the table), so I think they will love these.

~Ruff Dawg Wee-Nut($6.99): OMG it really does look like a nut.  Ha!  I haven’t given them a stuffed treat in ages but I think I am going to try tonight.  I hate to say it, but I am not sure if they will be able to figure out how to get it out?  We’ll see ;).

All totaled I came up with a value of $34.97.  Awesome considering I only paid $10 for the box!  If you interested in signing up or want to learn more, click here and don’t forget to use the code “RAMBLING10” to save $10 on your first box! I would totally recommend signing up for the 6-month subscription because it’s a WAY better deal!  Way better.  And just for fun, here is a picture of Baxter(*) with Elton the Octopus.

Oh Baxter!

That octopus is sooo cute! I want to get a dog now so I can buy one of those toys.

Baxter looks adorable!! My favorite and best dog ever was a morkie (he passed away). Now we have a golden doodle Molly and she’s pretty cute too.
