March KLUTCHclub
March KLUTCHclub

I’d heard a lot of good things about KLUTCHclub, so I thought I’d give it a try myself.  In case you aren’t familiar, KLUTCHclub promises that each box contains $50+ of health and fitness products and services such as tasty snacks, a new workout to try or holistic body-care regimes.  I ordered at the end of March and my box arrived today!  Since I ordered in March, I got the March box.  Had I ordered in April, I would have gotten the April box.  Boxes ship the 15th of every month (or later if you order later in the month like I did).

The Box

The box looks just like it does on their website, however, I was surprise at how heavy it was!  And yeah, I’ll reuse this.

First Look

I don’t know what I was expecting, but I thought it was really cool that the inner box pulled out of the outer box.  Perhaps I need to get out more?  I should mention that I ordered the box for B, so we got the KLUTCHmen box.  There are also KLUTCHwomen and a KLUTCHmom (which is brand new) boxes.

The Information Booklet

KLUTCHclub has an information booklet, not an information card.  It’s got pictures of all the products included in the box, as well as, “what”, “why” and “how” on all of the items.
Here’s what the March KLUTCHclub box included:

~Shakeology Meal Replacement Shakes ($18): I doubt that B will ever drink these, but I might have them for breakfast so they don’t go to waste.  I know some people love them, but I like to eat my meals, not drink them.  I mean, in a pinch, I get it.  But it’s not overly satisfying.  I need to chew my meals.

Shakeology

~Immuno Gum ($3.49): This gum is loaded with immune system-boosting ingredients, which sounds great to me!  I know B will be happy to give this a try.  Also, according to the information booklet 95% of people chew gum.  Seriously?  Not me.

Immuno Gum

~Funky Monkey Snacks ($3.26): Ohh, these sound / look cool!  They are organic and non-GMO dried snacks that have all of the nutrients found in fresh fruit, but none of the added sugar, colors or preservatives.  We got “Jivealime”, but they come in a bunch of different flavors that I may have to get if these are as good as I expect them to be!

Funky Monkey Snacks

~AllergEase Herbal Supplement ($5.99): I was just thinking about allergy season today and how I am dreading it.  This herbal blend regulate histamine and supports your immune system during allergy season.  I wonder if this really works?  B and I will certainly find out.

AllergEase Herbal Supplement

~Rock Body Spray ($7.97):  Hmm. This is made of only water, mineral salts and natural fragrance.  I am totally going to have to get a report from B on this because I am intrigued.  It’s suppose to work for 24 hours.  B has a 9K (random right) on Sunday and that sounds like a perfect time to test this!

Rock Body Spray

~Jaali Bean and Rice Meal Kit ($5.42): The information booklet suggests cooking this according to the directions, but adding a scoop of greek yogurt and rolling it up in a healthy wrap for a pre-workout carb / protein boost!  Love that idea!

Jaali Bean and Rice Meal Kit

~Zevia Soft Drink ($1): This might just be meant for me. It’s an all natural soda that is sweetened with Stevia.  It actually says in the booklet that they know soda is tough to ditch, so sip something smarter.  And yeah, I have been cheating here and there.  Still way better than I was doing, but still.

Zevia Soft Drink

~VitaPerk ($4): These might be my favorite item from the box.  They are a blend of vitamins, minerals and natural flavors that you add to your morning cup of coffee.  No more forgetting your daily vitamins with these!  I am going to steal a pack and see what they taste like.  I wonder if it really makes a ton of difference? We will see!

VitaPerk

All totaled, the March KLUTCHclub KLUTCHmen box had a value of $49.13.  The box also included a $15 gift certificate to Khataland and a $25 gift certificate to Probiotic Cleansing Diet, however, you have to spend money to redeem them, so I am not including them in my value.  KLUTCHclub is $18/month (less if you buy an annual subscription), so I’d say I got a pretty good deal!  And what’s better is that you can use code “CC20” to save 20% off your entire subscription!

Do you subscribe to KLUTCHclub?  What’d you think about the box?  And what do you think about the April boxes (you can see what’s in the boxes before you order)?  I am totally going to get the new KLUTCHmom box this month since I really like everything that’s included in it.
