Spring Fling BlushBox

I received a BlushBox last week and of course, B was thrilled when I told him what kind of box it was ;).  In case you can’t tell from the picture, BlushBox is a quarterly “adult” monthly subscription box.  The idea behind every BlushBox is to keep romance alive in a classy, sexy and stylish way.  You can opt for a quarterly subscription for $99/quarter or a mini quarterly subscription for $49.99/quarter.  And now, like I do with all my “adult reviews”, I am spoilering the rest in case you are easily offended or are reading this at work ;).
The Box

BlushBox ships via USPS in a plain white box.  You wouldn’t know what was in the box unless you “knew” which is exactly what they promise!

First Look

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I opened the box, but I was VERY impressed from what I saw.  It was so pretty.  And with a fancy bow to boot!

Seriously, isn’t this just so pretty?  It would make a perfect bachelorette gift or anniversary present!

The Real First Look

Again, everything was perfectly wrapped and seemed more beauty box’ish than sexy adult box’ish.  Not that it’s a bad thing by any means, but I was surprised to see the softer colored tissue and card!

The Information Card

I love that the box comes with an information card, because well, sometimes I don’t know what the “things” are for ;).  Here’s what was inside:

~Lacy Bandeau & Matching Panty by Ally Rose ($20): I totally cannot find these for sale online, but I am going with a value of $20 total. Seems fair no? This is a very pretty set and doesn’t just have to be for sexy time. I love the idea of pairing the topper with a plain t-shirt!!

~Blushed Rollerball Perfume by Ruddy Water ($16.50): I love the smell of this rollerball. It’s a great scent and isn’t like totally overwhelming or anything even close. It’s described as “clean, sophisticated and graceful” and I’d totally agree! And I love the packaging on this! The glass rollerball is hand etched by a local artist, which makes me love it even more.

~Vibrating Bath Mitt & Nasty Bubbles Bubble Bath by Booty Parlor ($42): No, seriously, the bath mitt vibrates. And it actually works. I tried it. And I totally cracked up at the description on the information card which said “spring cleaning as never been so fun”.

~The Sexerciser by BlushBox ($10): This is a BlushBox exclusive, so I can’t find the exact one online, but I found some similar ones (listen, someone has to do the dirty work and research this stuff) for around $10. The sexerciser is used to “add a sexy, discreet and pleasurable workout to your spring training routine” and is a great way to strengthen “those” muscles for a quicker post-baby recovery. And of course, I cracked up reading that spring training part! This is heavy. Not heavy like say, a baby’s head would be, but it has more weight to it than I was expecting! And, for the record, when I opened this I thought it was a back / neck massager. Not.even.close.

~Rosewater Intimate Wipe by Box Intimates ($0.90): These wipes are 100% natural and have no weird chemicals or anything so you will won’t end up at the doctor because you had some crazy reaction ;).

All totaled, I came up with a value of about ~$90 for the Spring Fling BlushBox, but I totally estimated the Ally Rose set, so it’s not 100% accurate!  I love that this is a quarterly subscription because it’s the kind of box you might not want to get monthly you know?  I’m really liking quarterly subscriptions lately in general!
