Little Passports
Little Passports World Edition

Little Passports – World Edition is a subscription service for kids ages 5 -10 years old. It’s $13.95/month and every month, LP’s globetrotting characters Sam and Sofia visit a new country and send your child an exciting package in the mail including a letter, fun and unique souvenirs, stickers, photos, access to online games/activities in our Boarding Zone and more! A total of 24 different adventures available. They also offer a USA edition for slightly older children (ages 7 – 12 years old).

L has received the Explorer Kit (which includes a passport, a cute little suitcase and a map) and the “Brazil” so far. You can check out my review of that here. This month we received the Japan package!

Little Passports – Japan

Sam and Sofia had quite an adventure in Japan, which included going to the fish market, trying wasabi (which I too have mistaken for avocado – OOPS) and making origami and climbing Mt. Fuji. Those are so busy kids! Other than sushi, I don’t think L knows ANYTHING about Japan. I mean he’s heard of it, knows it’s far away and that’s IT! The kit included a sushi eraser, a snapshot of the kids in Japan (LOL), some puzzles and activities, a boarding pass which allows access to online activities at Little Passports and two stickers for our giant world map. OHHH, and it came with oragmi paper, which we had a great time experimenting with. I bought the kit up-north and enlisted my younger cousins (who are older than L, but way younger than me) to help. It was the hit of the afternoon for sure!

Our creations

I think Little Passports is an amazing way to learn about “geography, history, culture, and language in a fun and memorable way”. This is seriously a perfect way to teach your kids about different states and countries and with the items that Little Passports sends, they will enjoy learning. And maybe they’ll even be able to help plan your next adventure!
