WB and I went to Target this morning because we knew the Summer Clearance would be 70% off today. We went yesterday and it was still only 50% off, but I read on Slick Deals other areas were 70% off, so I knew it ours would go 70% off today. And happily, it did.
My store was super stocked and not well signed, which probably explains why it was still so well stocked. There were TONS of things left, including chairs, sand toys, soft coolers, Justice League things, towels, art supplies, cups, water toys, bubbles, water bottles, etc. You name it, my store still had it. I only snapped a few pictures, but if you are curious what else might be part of the clearance that I didn’t buy, go here and check out a previous scouting post I did on the Target Summer clearance.
~Villain chalk-a-doos (081042960): $1.49 (reg. $4.00) (The holders are reusable and I cannot stand the feeling of chalk touching my skin)
~Banzai Piranha Pool Toy (091112359): $2.99 (reg. $9.99) (I got L the alligator the other day and he’s thrilled with it and requested I get whatever other ones they had.
~Broom: (084210163): $2.09 (reg. $6.99) (This is for me to sweep the sandbox area and L’s playset. Regular brooms are too awkward. Kid sized brooms are perfect).
~Glow in the Dark Power Balls (234100099): $0.90 (reg. $3.00): (A perfect rainy day project.)
~Kid’s Accent Table (009090060): $6.00 (reg. $20) and Chairs (009090074): $4.49 (reg. $14.99). (I’ve been eyeing these since the beginning of the season and couldn’t believe how many were still left. I already put them in the clubhouse area of L’s swing set and I can’t wait for L to get home and see them).
~Batman Bucket (091150272): $0.89 (reg. $2.99). (I have no reasoning behind this bucket other than it has batman on it. What’s one more bucket wen you already have 30?)
~Justice League Beach Towels (064040397 / 064040393): $3.29 (reg. $10.99). (I am doing a complete sweep of our beach towels because I have noticed that some are looking awful. These will be nice replacements).
~Justice League Goggles (091112364): $1.49 (reg. $4.99). (I bought these at full price and L is using them so I plan to save these for next summer).
~Batman Sand Tool Set (091150270): $2.99 (reg. $9.99). (I don’t know that anyone will wear the tool belt, but I couldn’t resist).
~Justice League Watering Can (084210166): $1.79 (reg. $5.99): (L is going to be thrilled! This is a bigger kid watering can that actually holds a decent amount of water. Plus, it’s metal).
~Various Justice League Stickers / Sand Art / Tattoos / Plaster Magnet: $0.30 (reg. $1). (Yeah, these were only $0.30/each!! How could I resist?)
~Justice League Sprinkles / Cookie Decor (261120384): $1.19 (reg. $3.99) (I don’t think you can ever have enough sprinkles ;)).
~Superman Cup (200061342): $1.19 (reg. $3.99). (L wanted to get this for WB the other day, so I am going to let him give it to WB this week. They will both be thrilled!)
~Batman / Superman Portable Chairs (091070052): $3.89 (reg. $12.99). (I couldn’t resist these for the boys. They are chairs and capes in one ;). Perfect for outdoor fireworks or when B takes the boys camping in a few years).
~Justice League Water Blasters (091112367): $1.49 (reg. $4.99). (I look at these every time I go to the store, but don’t buy them. I wouldn’t have paid $4.99, but $1.49? Yes).
~Flash Hooded Towel (064040389): $4.49 (reg. $14.99). (I love these and have my fingers crossed that I can find more).
I *might* go back out and see what I can grab at 70% off later today or tomorrow (I really just want hooded towels), but other than that I am going to hold off and wait for 90% off, which I am thinking will happen here on Tuesday!

One of the three targets I went to yesterday was 70% off so we grabbed a bunch of felt Justice League masks for .30 each and some kids placemats for around .60 and theJustice League crafts. The masks were the best find since I’d never seen them before.
oh DANGIT I’m so mad it went today!!! I checked this morning and didn’t see anything. we’ll go in the morning because it’s about to POUR. I really want the chairs and I’m totally going to figure out a way to get them home!!!
I never knew that Target did big clearances like this until I read your blog posts about it! Question thought, how did you get your blog to show up in google searches? Does it just come from having more views on your blog?

My store was pretty picked over at 50% off so I am sure by the time I get back there on Tuesday when I am out doing other stuff there will be nothing left. If you find any more great Justice League finds you can always send them my way 🙂 The boys would love it!
I am going today after work. I really want those chairs too! Beth, I bought the mask’s when they were $1.00 I got 3 of them. They have been the hardest to find. I want to get more of the hoodie towels, we got him the batman one already :/ i want the finger tattoos too. I was going to buy them at .70 but decided to wait lol.
I swear I may just go borrow someones kid so I have an excuse to buy all the cool clearance stuff!
I went to two different Target stores yesterday and both were practically cleaned out. I did find some water guns and bubble sets but mostly from hunting around the regular priced aisles. Why do people around here snatch everything up at 30% off?!?!
Our Target was pretty picked over at 50% off. I got some sand toys and a woven tote because I was pretty sure nothing would last once it hit 70% and up. I also didn’t see any of the superhero stuff there.. I would love to find that hooded Flash towel.
I never knew Target did such an amazing clearance deal either! I went yesterday and they still had lots of stuff, I got $180. Worth of stuff for like, $54.! So happy! Thank you for blogging about it! Lol, I don’t want to tell anybody on my personal Facebook page or spread the word because there’s only 1 Target around here (for like a 50 mile radius!) and I don’t want them going and stealing my possible 90% off buys! ;D
Im going to stop in either Tuesday or Wednesday and see whats left, and hope its marked down to 90%. Our store had the Justice League stuff this weekend but I didn’t really buy any. I’ll have to look some more. And Im still hoping that since the Igloo coolers are in the same area that they are marked down, too. I mean, why else move them to the clearance aisle, right?!
I went today and it was picked over. I was looking for the chairs and table but they were gone. 🙁 I got a 3 pack of hooded towels for my daughter for 4.04. They were originally 13.49. I got a white sox shirt for 7.49. The find I am most excited about is a very large picnic blanket for 4.49 down from 14.99! I am going to use it instead of regular blankets when I take my daughter outside to play. It is huge and will be great when she starts crawling.
How do I go about looking up the upc code? I want to see if the Target near me has the tables and chairs.
