I really like Klutchclub. They give you new useful stuff to try for you & the kids. I’ve been subscribing to them and I resubscribed for another 3 months. When I resubscribed it was still in Aug. Even though I already received the Aug box since I subscribed that month they sent me another Aug box. I tried to explain the reason I subscribed to their co. is to try out new products and that I already received the Aug box. I did the explaining to them before they had sent out the Aug box at the time I resubscribed to them. I wanted to get my Sept, Oct, & Nov box. They basically said that theirs nothing they could do for me except give me 50 extra points. I like the boxes but I’m still not sure about the customer service. Since I now only really get 2 months I will wait and see what happens, but may look for another sub-box to try. They are expensive and I think the point of them is to try new and different stuff not get the same box. So if you Subscribe already to them I guess just make sure you do it in the new month that way you don’t double pay for a box you already have.
