My August Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box arrived this morning and I couldn’t have been more excited to drag it inside. I peeked at a spoiler on Instagram last night and I knew I was in for a treat!
Fancy Box ships via FedEx and typically takes around two days from when it ships to arrive to me. This one took a little longer because of the holiday weekend, but it was still fairly quick.
The box was super light this month and fairly empty, but that doesn’t mean anything. Fancy uses the same size boxes every month, for all of their celebrity curated and other boxes, no matter what. Sometimes they are full, sometimes they aren’t. But you’ll always know that whatever you are receiving has to fit into that box!
The information cards this month didn’t have Jennifer Love Hewitt’s picture on the back of them like usual. Of all the cards, I feel like only one or two were actually written by JLH. The rest seemed like generic descriptions. I do feel like JLH is involved in this box, so it doesn’t really matter too much I suppose. Here is what the box is included:
~One Line A Day: A Five-Year Memory Book ($25): I love this little book. It gives you a few lines to jot down memorable moments from each day. Not too much space where you don’t know what to write, but just enough! I am going to start using this asap!
~L’Occitane Almond Shower Gel ($3.37): I received this in my May Coco Rocha Fancy Box and I loved it, so I love receiving another one. I do wish that it were bigger though! That’d the only thing that would have made it better!
~Mustache Bandages ($6): I LOVE these! I’ve seen them before, but I never ordered them. L is going to be so excited to get his hands on these. I can’t wait to show him! So fun!
~Sophie Sparrow Shark Bracelet ($30): I received the necklace in a regular (non-celebrity curated) Fancy box a few months ago so now I have a set! I think I like the bracelet even better though.
~Ciate Nail Polish Caviar Manicure ($25): This might just be my favorite Fancy Box item ever. I’d had my eye on this polish for ages and I was so so so excited to see it in the box! I cannot wait to test this out. It’s so fun and it’s so me and I love it!!!
All totaled, the August Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box had a value of $89.37, which as always, is far beyond the cost of the box itself (Fancy Boxes are $39 + $7.95 shipping). I’m going to go out on a limb and declare this my most favorite Fancy box ever!!! I’m seriously loving everything in it and I am already excited for next month’s box!

OMG I was just looking at that Ciate manicure set at TJMaxx yesterday. I was really confused by it. You’ll have to let me know how it works out.
I was looking at the five year memory book at the store the other day. I always think I should keep a journal and then never find time to write a whole page or more, but I can do I few lines a day.
I want to see what Ciate Nail Polish Caviar Manicure really looks like on real people… I’ll google it
jealous. due to a mixup not getting one this month. poo.
I saw the one line a day book on Amazon a few months ago and ordered it… I love it! It’s so easy to write just a few thoughts and then move on. I’m thinking it would make a good Christmas gift so friends can start on January 1!
This is definitely my favorite so far. I love the book, and I have been wanting that polish forever! I received the necklace instead of the braclet which is a little disappointing, because I like the braclet better-I’m not going to complain though.
I’ve been thinking of buying that polish set just worried about the removal process with that kind of polish so I’d love to know how application and removal is with that polish 🙂
I think if I don’t get a box it’s amazing and when I do get it its just blah! Ugh! Seriously I live everything in this one!!!!!!
I have to know, how often do you do/redo your nails each week? Also, you should do an all nails post, your favorite/least favorite brands, those that stain your nails (hate that!), best nail polish removers, etc. It seems like you’ve done all the research! 😉
Like so many other posters before me, I want to know about the polish. I’ve seen it and thought it was cool but was unsure about it. Can’t wait to hear all about it!
I bought the nail polish set a couple winters ago as a present for myself (Ha!). I was so disapointed because in a couple of hours the beads had all rolled off the nails! Boo! I returned it back to sephora.
That polish kit looks amaze balls. I want to play!!
Cheers,
Shauna
