Fall Bucket List

Ahh, Fall! One of my favorites seasons for sure. And with comes fall comes so many fun activities!  Some of the items on my Fall Bucket List are:

~Make Caramel Apples
~Carve Pumpkins (we almost failed at this last year.  I think we carved on Halloween)
~Bake Fall Cookies
~Go to a Hunted House
~Visit the Cider Mill
~Bake Pies
~Pick out Halloween Costumes (there is still some debate over here on what L wants to be).
~Go on a Hayride
~Go Trick-or-Treating

And of course, we have some other fun fall stuff planned including Halloween activities, a trip up-north and more!  I am hoping that we can get to all of these activities and I plan to print this list out to make sure that it happens!

What’s on your Fall Bucket List?  Any special plans?  And if you have little ones, what are they being for Halloween this year?

oh WOW I hadn’t thought much of this. I’m going with going to the pumpkin patch, corn maze, state fair, getting some great fall pics of the boys, going to at least one movie in a theater (I’ve just been craving it lately. Its been awhile since I’ve gone), hmm what else. I’ll have to think on it some more. I love love love fall and the colors and the jeans&t-shirt weather. Heaven on earth.

I didn’t realize this before I had a child, but there are so many dress-up Halloween events besides trick-or-treating! We’re already going to 3 different events…am I supposed to get my son multiple costumes??? It wasn’t a big deal last year, because he was only 6 months old.

We are planning on going to the cider mill tomorrow, as long as it doesn’t rain all day!

I may potentially be having a baby on Halloween this year (my due date is November 7th), so we don’t really have anything big planned; just trick or treating with our 2 year old. But we are going to do some pumpkin carving, we already went to our state fair, and I’m hoping to be able to find some time to relax in the middle of all of this, lol. We’ll see!

Fall only lasts like two weeks here, and it’s pretty much already winter so no Fall Bucket list for me. The only thing I want to do this winter is join the -40 club.

My daughter is going to be Spider Girl for Halloween this year. She just loves superheroes and we snagged her costume on clearance after Halloween last year. Oh yeah! I just need to order the matching tights from Amazon as I’m figuring it’ll be a chilly night like last year.

As for my Fall bucket list:
    -bake fall treats
(I’ll be able to check this off today…baking caramel apple cinnamon rolls for a work picnic later this afternoon)
    -go to pumpkin patch
(Not sure how this will pan out as this is the first year that my daughter is going on a field trip to the pumpkin patch with school…so do I really need to make another trip???)
    -paint pumpkins
-would love to go to an apple orchard now that I’ve heard tons of people describe the experience
-figure out a Halloween costume for an adult Halloween party
(any cute yet easy and affordable ideas would be greatly appreciated)
