~Ahh, Monday, why do you always come so soon? As I mentioned yesterday, we had a great weekend here. L went up-north and got to go fishing and hang out with his favorite cousin. The rest of us just relaxed and shopped and just hung out. It was so nice. And when L hot home yesterday, we watched football and went out to dinner at one of his favorite places. They have a Treasure Chest and he loves that. Ohh, and L has now collected every one of the Power Rangers McDonalds Happy Meal toys to make up the Megazord! This is HUGE! I may have cried if they switched toys before we collected them all. L SO wanted that mini Megazord to match the big one he has!
~OMG, I am expecting so many boxes this week. And I am excited for each of them. I should be getting PopSugar (the September box and the Fall Style Special Edition), Petit Vour, Ipsy, Bespoke Post, bluum, Citrus Lane (x2), Barkbox and Made in Michigan Box. It’s looking to be another fun week around here! But really, when isn’t it?
~WB is usually an amazing sleeper (he sleeps 14-15 hours a night plus at least a nap or two every day), but every once in a while, he’s up all night. Friday night was one of those nights. He wouldn’t sleep unless I was holding him. I’d rock him back to sleep, put him back in his crib and 30 minutes later, he’d be up screaming again. I don’t know what what was going on, but he was perfectly fine the next day and has been sleeping just fine the last two nights. I think maybe he just wanted to snuggle?? I did love that part of it. It was like when he was a baby! Oh, and WB has decided that he will handle feeding himself from now on. Unless it’s a pouch, he uses silverware. For everything. I will admit, its fun to watch.
~So I legit lost Baxter the other day. All of a sudden I realize that I hadn’t seen Baxter in awhile. So I call his name and call his name and do a little search for him in all his usual spots. Nothing. WTF. I went so far as to go outside and look for him (maybe he can open the door I don’t know). Nothing. Seriously, WTF. Umm, yeah, after I hunt for him for like 15 minutes I open the basement door and there he is. Just sitting on the stairs. Umm, care to bark Baxter? Never.
~I went back to Target last night and picked up two more 3.1 Phillip Lim bags. The black mini satchel and the taupe big one. I don’t know if I will keep them both (well all three now), but I wanted to pick them up before they sold out forever. If I can find the yellow (it was gone when I went back) mini I’ll probably return both. ETA: I found the yellow bag this morning at one of my many local Targets!!!!
