October Dottiebox Mini

Dottiebox Mini is everything that you love about Dottiebox (who kindly sent me this box to check out) in a smaller package! For $13 a month ($10 box + $3 shipping) you will typically get 2-3 handmade products plus coupons. October was the first ever mini box (they also offer a full sized box for $26/month) and I was super excited to see what they were going to do with it!

The Box

Dottiebox Mini ships via USPS and took only just a few days to arrive.  It comes in the cutest little square box, which L insisted he carry into the house today.

First Look

I could tell basically nothing from the first look, which had me even more excited to see what was in it.

The Information Card

Not only is the box mini, but so is the information card!  It’s on a business card sized card instead of a regular 3×5 (ish) notecard.  I think Dottiebox has a really great presentation with their boxes.  They really take great care to make everything perfect!

The first Dottiebox Mini included the following:

~Dipdadip Design Mini Matchbook Notebook ($2):  This mini notepad is so cute.  I always have some sort of post-its (or I try to anyway) with me, but the ones with covers are 100x better.  I usually end up throwing away 1/2 the post-its because they get all gross in my bag.  Not anymore!

~Danmala Tea Loose Leaf Tea ($2): I think you know how I feel about tea by now, but as usual, B will drink this.  And even I have to admit that I think this Danmala tea sampler is totally adorable.

~ByMMCC Adventure Magnets ($4):  How sweet are these little magnets?  They are totally perfect for my office (it’s orange) and are something I would have picked out myself.  Love, love, love!

~Forest of Jewels (Coupon Code): The box also included a coupon code for Forest of Jewels, which offers handmade jewelry using natural stones and crystals.  And I don’t think I ever mentioned it, but Kristin’s Kreations (who reads here) was the featured coupon in the August Dottiebox!  She makes custom crochet items, including adorable owl hats!

All totaled, the October Dottiebox Mini had a value of about $8. Boxes are $13/month, however, I didn’t include any shipping costs in my total which would have certainly brought the value up to well over $13.  Besides, the idea is to “meet” some new products and businesses you wouldn’t have otherwise heard of.
