Nailette, who kindly sent me this box to review is a brand new monthly subscription box featuring nail polish minis! Each monthly you will receive 2 or 3 (your pick) nail polish minis from brands such as Essie, OPI, and Orly. Each bottle lasts for 8 to 12 applications so nothing will go to waste!

The Box

Nailette ships via USPS in the cutest little box ever. I saw it in my mailbox and before I even knew what it was or who it was from I was excited.

The Box in the Box

Inside the outer packaging was the actual little Nailette box. It’s the perfect size for the the polishes they send and also the perfect size to reuse for little gifts.

First Look

How cute is all this packaging?  Seriously.  I love it.  It was like getting a present in the mail! I have never seen a Nailette box before (they are super new) so I really wasn’t sure what to expect.  I mean I knew nail polish mini’s, but I didn’t even know some of the brands on their site had nail polish minis.

The Note

Nailette didn’t include an information card, however, they did include a cute little note and envelope.  I need to get some mini notecards like this.  Too cute.  Here are the polishes I received:

~Orly – Lift the Veil: This is much more pink than my picture shows.  It’s a beautiful color, but one that is perfect for me to only have in a mini size. It would take me years and years and years to use a full sized bottle of this.  But like 10 uses?  That would only take a year or two ;).

~Essie – Vested Interest: Vested Interest is like no other color I have.  It’s described as a cool teal grey and I’d say that’s pretty accurate.   It’s not green.  It’s not grey.  It’s kind of underwater like?  Great color and of course, an adorable bottle.

I totally loved Nailette!  The two polish box option is $7.99/month and included shipping, while the three polish box option is $10.99.  I love mini nail polish bottles because they are adorable (of course) and because I don’t think I have ever used up a full bottle of nail polish in my life.  But a finishing a mini bottle?  That’s actually a realistic goal!

This Is way more my speed compared to julep. I just don’t need that much nail polish so most months I put julep on pause cause I can’t imagine spending that much on polishes I’ll never get a chance to use. Might check this out.

This actually does seem like the most “usable” nail polish subscription. I feel like I really could finish a bottle of one of these. Full sized polishes? Not a chance!

How cute is the sub?? I love it! Also, love how they breakdown the styles for you to chose from on their sub page. I can’t even remember the last time I finished off a bottle of polish, from Julep or any company for that matter, so this actually seems pretty great cost-wise.

      Seriously, isn’t it adorable??

After reading about Nailette via the RamblingsOfASuburbanMom 6 months ago, I subscribed to Nailette for my youngest daughter who wanted “her own box that comes in the mail” – I have two older daughters that were getting ibbeautiful and lootcrate. Let me tell you – I LOVE LYNN, the owner! She took it upon herself, after learning it wasn’t for me but my daughter, to personalize every little note to my daughter along with images of her favorite things (ie my little pony, rainbows, etc).
They’ve actually updated their website so you can tell them what colors, textures you don’t like. Every package is wrapped carefully and the bottles are the tiny ones BUT who uses a full size bottle anyway! So, the bottle sizes are perfect!
If you subscribe, you will not be sorry!!! 🙂
