September The Fantasy Box
September The Fantasy Box

The Fantasy Box is “a subscription service for comprehensive fantasies designed to bring a little “kick” into your intimate relationship. Some fantasies will be for the guy, some for the girl, some will make you laugh, some will be down and dirty.”  I’d describe it as a date night in a box.  A date night IN and something that makes sure you stay connected and are communicating!  And like I do with all adult reviews, I am spoilering it from here on out!

[spoiler]

The Box in the Box

The Fantasy Box ships via FedEx in a plain old boring brown box.  Seriously, you’d have no idea what’s in it if you didn’t order it yourself.  The inside box though is pretty and has a fun magnetic closure.  Open close.  Open close.  WB loved it.

First Look

You never really know what to expect from The Fantasy Box (at least I don’t), but I always know nothing is going to be too crazy freaky.  I suppose you could make it crazy, but I’d describe The Fantasy Box as more classy than freaky for SURE!

The Information Cards

Our Fantasy Box this month was ALL about pampering.  And for real, who couldn’t use a little pampering?  I know I need some.  The Fantasy Box includes “information” cards which are really more like notes and suggestions for Him and Her.  The His card (and I now am even more in love with the Fantasy Box team) gives suggestions to make your “date” very spa like such as clean sheets and towels, a light breakfast in bed, drawing a bath and then setting up the bed like a massage table at a spa.  This isn’t like suppose to be a dirty massage by any means.    All the suggestions are to keep it very professional and more about the “before” (aka the pampering) and less about the after ;).  Here’s what the box included:

~JimmyJane Hello Touch ($65): This would be an example of what might go down after the pampering ;).  When we got the box, I made the mistake of showing it to B and asked him what I thought you did with it.  I actually asked “do you think it’s to massage your back”?  Umm, no.  He proceeded not only to try it on, but also to show me pictures from the booklet that came in the box.  If you have never looked at the information booklets that come in sex toys, you should.  Highly entertaining.  I won’t get into crazy details, but it packs quite a vibration.

JimmyJane Hello Touch

~JimmyJane Contour M Ceramic Massage Stone ($25): You know those plastic back massager things?  Get rid of them and get one of these.  Love love love.  You can use it heated or chilled and is easily cleaned.  This is fabulous!

JimmyJane Contour M Ceramic Massage Stone

~JimmyJane Afterglow Natural Massage Oil Candle ($28): Smells great and makes the perfect candle to burn when you are getting (or giving depending on if you are a him or a her) a massage.  It’s classy enough to leave out all the time and smells fabulous.

JimmyJane Afterglow Natural Massage Oil Candle

~Votive Candles & Rose Petals (~$10): These for the bath portion of the date.  Put some rose petals in the bathtub, surround the tub with candles.  I’m not sure what woman wouldn’t want her man to set something like this up!

Tea Lights
Rose Petals

~Rene Rofe Dreamy Lace Chemise Set ($17.99): A totally cute set.  Nothing crazy (unlike some of the items I discovered when I was googling to find a price for this). If anyone sees my google history from tonight…..well, let’s just say it’s NOT G-rated ;).

Lingerie Set

~Men’s Skevvies ManPower Enhancement Pouch Trunk ($25): OMG finally an clothing item for B!  I love it!!  These have a little pouch for, umm, your stuff.  I’m just so excited there is finally a dress up item for B.  So fun!

Men’s Skevvies

All totaled I came up with a value of $170.99 for the Platinum Spa Fantasy Box!  Considering that if you’d only have to pay $127.20 (using the coupon code below) for the box, that’s a hot deal!
