November Citrus Lane

My “real” November Citrus Lane box arrived today and I was super anxious to see what was inside. I posted my review(s) for the other two boxes I’d received over the weekend, but WB’s true box didn’t arrive until today.

The Box

Citrus Lane ships USPS via Narvar and took about 4-5 days to arrive? I had some add-ons this month (a harmonica for L and some holiday gifts), so everything shipped in a bigger box with my Citrus Lane box inside.

First Look

Ahhhh!  I knew as soon as I opened the box that it was the one I had wanted.  I had seen a few variations for the 18-20 month old boxes and I wasn’t sure exactly which ones WB would get.  I have him aged at his actual age in their system (he was born in April 2012), so he’s 19 months, but I feel like CL might consider this 20 months?  Not really sure.

The Information Card

This November, Citrus Lane included some items to help you through the holiday travel season.  We’ve always got something going on (holiday or not) so any items to help make traveling easier are much appreciated.  Here’s what was included in WB’s box:

~Stock Pot & Utensil Set from Green Toys (~$12):  I love this!  I have lots of Green Toys toys, but no kitchen stuff.  WB was eating a snack and right away dropped it on the floor to try and scoop them up with this spatula.  I should have waited until Christmas to give it to him, but it was just too cute to wait.

~Zoo Plate from Skip Hop ($6): We have a few Skip Hop sets, but we don’t have the dog! And dogs are WB’s favorite, so this is perfect.

~Reusable Snack Bags from Bumkins ($6.95): I have been meaning to buy some of these for L to take to school for his snack for ages.  I feel like reusable bags like this contain the  mess better than regular ziplock bags.  I don’t like to just throw L’s snack in a plastic bag because I feel like it’s going to get a hole in it and end up all over his backpack.  Kids are rough!

~Lip Comfort from Pur~lisse ($16): LOVE! I got one in one of my boxes from this weekend and I’m loving it.  I’m not even putting this second tube into “storage”.  It’s staying out.  A new holy grail product right here.

~Cheddar Bunnies from Annie’s ($1): Who doesn’t love cheddar bunnies?  I know I do!  And so does L and so does WB.

All totaled I came up with a value of $41.95 for our November Citrus Lane box.  This was, one of, if not my most favorite Citrus Lane box ever!  I loved it and felt like everything was selected for us personally. And it was also well over the $25 cost of the box, which is great.

Did you get Citrus Lane this month?  What age did you get and what came in your box?  Citrus Lane has expanded their box offerings and you can now select a Basic Box ($12/month) which contains two items, the Classic Box ($25/month) which is what they have always offered and includes four to five items and the Deluxe Box ($49/month) which includes everything from the Classic Box and additional premium toys and goodies.
